👇ABOUT US
We are Lia and AK, and we're excited to share our journey with you as we navigate the world of property investing, business, and working together as a couple.
AK: I left my corporate job after experiencing mental and physical health issues, and we started our UA-cam channel to document our journey as new property investors in 2019 with no upfront capital. Expect weekly videos where we provide project updates, share best practices, money-saving tips, and our learnings along the way.
Lia: With nearly a decade of experience building my own entertainment channel on UA-cam from 0 to over 330k followers, the unpredictable nature of a content creator's monthly income took a toll on my mental health. Starting my property journey was my way of future-proofing my income and creating a stable, regular source of revenue. Ultimately, my goal is to build a secure financial foundation for our future family.
Our goal is to make property investing accessible and understandable by sharing our story. We're passionate about inspiring others to take control of their lives, no matter what challenges they may face.
Join us on our journey to achieve a better work-life balance through property investing. We're committed to sharing our experiences, tips, and insights to help you on your own journey.

Not to be picky i really like your channel and some great information. The zooming in and out with the camera every 5 seconds was a little annoying. Other than that i will subscribe and keep watching.
Fantastic news. Thanks.
Happy New Year Ach and Lia. Love you guys. I have enjoyed all of these videos. If you put up cameras to record everything the builders are doing and let us see them it would be better 😁 I like watching the remodeling process
You two are so smart - I think you're building a fantastic business!
Nothing better than your tenants seeing you every month👊🏾💪🏾Love your content guys.
Thanks ... Happy New Year to you and Lia. Much success in 2024. 🎉💰🏘
Good solid advice! Thank you! And happy new year!
Happy new year!
Happy New Year, Lia and Ach!! Sending you both best wishes for a successful and meaningful 2024. Happy investing!
Thank you Michael. We hope you’re well :)
Great tips! Happy New Year to you and Lia! ~Cara 🎉
Happy new year!!
EXCELLENT INFO ACH!!!
Much appreciated
Really helpful advice
Glad it was helpful!
I'm 4 hours late watching this, I'm sick so I have just been watching Death in Paradise all day😄
Hope you’re feeling better.
Good stuff!
Thanks!
How to pick builders
How often do you inspect your rented properties? I didn’t realise one could do so while the renter is in. How often do you advise?
Every 2 weeks for us
Lia and AK, in your area, do you guys call it "flat" or "apartment"? A British UA-camr who I think grew up in the north end of England said he hasn't heard the term "flat" used in that context for 15 years....he said this because in one of those "uk vs australia vs usa" videos (not one made by Joel and Lia), the English girl said she calls it "flat", and the guy who was reacting to it said they usually say "apartment" now. 🙂
Yes we call it a flat in the UK but it's an apartment in the US :)
Discovered your UA-cam channel and thoroughly enjoyed your content! I'm interested in connecting and exploring potential opportunities. Would you prefer a direct message, or is it more suitable to reach out via business email?
