With the 30th Anniversary Special, of course. Frankly, that wasn’t much of a special, despite how crazy it got in Las Vegas and such- it only had three flashbacks, and played much like the regular Primetime shows of today, but still had a great win from one lady, who stole the show, by winning three cars, a trip to Cabos San Lucas, and $1,000 on the Big Wheel.
@@PGTransformedI don’t remember a lot from season 28 but what makes it stand out as a great season to you? I’m not disagreeing at all but just interested to know what made it good 🙂
@@PGTransformedDon’t even get me started, since that news of them leaving like that, was too much for my 5-year old heart. If they really had to go, they should’ve waited until that season was officially done. 💔
So this episode aired October 17, 2001 and at 50:49, we are just going to ignore the fact that a drawing of New York City contains the World Trade Center just over a month after they were destroyed by terrorists. I presume this episode was taped prior to the attacks, but some viewers must of caught that when it was aired on TV and felt a bit ill afterwards.
Aired Oct 17, 2001 but taped a few months before the WTC attacks (the show came back from summer break in early November of that year with Burton sub-announcing due to Rod’s first bout with cancer)
These models are setting the style like Hillary Clinton did, with those blue pantsuits. Even back then, the fashion was on point, even for the early 2000s.
Season 30, I feel, was one of the show’s greatest seasons 🤩

I am very very sure this was taped before 911 because the producers of Bob Barker would not have been that insensitive.
