@-dead.channel- Although they Are technically a Deinonychus. they are actually oversized velociraptors (just like in Jurassic park franchise) I did some searching about this movie.
@@minimaggiit I think they're talking about the Velociraptors in Disney's Dinosaur, ot Jurassic Park. Also the frog DNA is the reason lf why JP's dinosaurs can change their sex and reproduce, not the reason of why they're born females.
This fits a lot considering this is what Velociraptors are actually supposed to look like in the fossil record. The Raptors that we've seen in the Jurassic franchise, their design is actually based on the dinosaur Deinonychus, which lived In both a different span of time and a different area than the Velociraptor, and they were 4 times larger which explains why the Raptors were so big in the movies. They just went with that design because they thought it looked cooler than the original counterparts design, so to see these sounds mixed in with a more accurate depiction of the creature is very satisfying 😎
Also as a result to this, it became VERY awkward whenever they introduced an actual Deinonychus in Jurassic Park games and such, especially JW Evolution where they had to change the design so drastically where it resembles less of the original raptors and more like a Guanlong.
This is great for the simple fact that we never really got to see the raptors in any of the a Jurassic films attack a larger prey animal in a full pack. Now with this, you’d have a good idea of just exactly how that would sound like if they did.
Pack Leader: Looks like we got some wayward spike thumb boys! Raptor Beta: Dear, what is back thing on it's back. Pack Leader: Dunno honey. But more extra meat for us! Get em!
Always felt this was how they should sound (biased opinion and I know they're probably trademarked sounds or whatever) but thank you for fixing this lol have me a sense of peace I didn't even know I needed
You know, I'm actually trying to envision the Dinosaur ride at Disney's Animal Kingdom if it features Bill Nye the Science Guy and Red and Yellow M&M's. On the ride, you could've heard music from the Dinosaur soundtrack by James Newton Howard. Not to mention, if Dinoland USA was sponsored by McDonald's, should M&M's be its next sponsor? I mean, Jurassic Park has groundbreaking visual effects and special full motion animatronic dinosaurs by Industrial Light & Magic, Phil Tippett and Stan Winston.
"Where did it go...?" It went to tell it's pack that a full course dinner was walking right into their territory. I also like how the directors of this movie made the velociraptors true to size, even though they still sadly lack feathering. Although smaller in size, velociraptors (along with other Dromaeosaurs) compensated for this with their intelligence and pack-hunting strategies. They were some of the deadliest predators that had ever walked the earth, and this movie depicts that perfectly, without overexaggerating their size or features.
That was a great sound. Those raptors are very cool. Sound in the original those raptors sound like a Chihuahua, but you did a good remake of Jurassic Park raptor sound Great job well done 👍😉
@@jaredruff9823 No. They really should make a Sequel of this Movie because it’s too Legendary & deserves to have more love just like The Land Before got Sequels but then again they’ll probably mess it up like they do to every Disney Movie nowadays since they have made one at the very least back in 2020 from 3 years for the Movie’s 20th Anniversary which is too late now. So I guess leaving the way it is is for the best like you already said. The Movie just needs to be more noticed from people who never seen “Dinosaur” from 2000 before.

@MesozoicRailFan I wanted to ask you this the other day, but I wasn’t sure what you might think of it. Ironically the sound designer for this film Christopher Boyes, was an assistant sound designer for the first two Jurassic Park films.
That's awesome

Although they Are technically a Deinonychus. they are actually oversized velociraptors (just like in Jurassic park franchise) I did some searching about this movie.
@-dead.channel- They are supposed to be velociraptors in fact despite the lack of feathers and wrist positions these are pretty damn accurate ones.
