Ceviche originated from Peru in South America. It has found it's way into Brazil, Argentina, Venezuela, Honduras, Mexico and other Latin American country.

as i graduated culinary and work in some restaurants and hotel, your meat is not good thats why it says keep refrigerated, from the moment the animal is dead bacteria is multiplying, thats why it says in the packaging keep refrigerated. its better to buy it on markets where fishermans freshly drop it or you personaly catched it. and the best thing is when the fish is fresh the taste of it is much better whether it was creamy or much more umami taste. thats why i dont eat sashimi or sushi in malls because it has higher chances they just got it in their grocery stores where meats are frozen in days. when the meat is frozen do not eat it raw ill promise you health is much worth everytime.

@@renatoabrea6910 I am from Mindanao sir. When you use THAT kind of vinegar, it will cook the fish too much, hence cutting the strength of the vinegar to approximate the acidity when not using tuba.
