The eyes close, the head sways, a pained expression comes over the face. They "FLoyd" effect drags out another soul, soothes it, washes it & puts it (reluctantly) back. I was there in '94 and felt the full weight of the Gilmore angels
Pink Floyd is my absolute favorite band. It is so weird watching younger folks reacting to a song that I was there live for. I saw them 14 times during this tour. Started in Houston Texas, where the concert was rained out with heavy rain and lightning. God showed up and added to the concert experience. Except, this song was not played due to the concert ending early. A week later, I saw the complete concert in San Diego. Saw a few more in California, Ohio, Philly, and 2 concerts in London, including this particular concert.
If I had a pound for every tear this track has caused I would be a millionaire now, David Gilmour's guitar sound has got so much feeling you could almost taste it. Glad you enjoyed it. Much love from the UK 🇬🇧
Greetings from Canada. Good to see you enjoy what we have for years... good on you. Just to note: Pink Floyd is 'they', not 'he', ii is the Band. The lead singer- guitarist is David Gilmour. Peace, love and bellbottoms.
"This dude pink floyd sent more people to space than NASA" 😂gold. Oh, almost forgot to tell you, pink floyd is the band. The man with guitar and singer is David Gilmour
If I can make one suggestion, don't close your eyes and look away when you are watching a Pink Floyd concert because it is a visual as well as emotional experience.
Just a helpful suggestion:- When watching a video, especially Floyd, try to actually watch the video instead of closing your eyes or looking at the camera. You miss out on all the visuals & may as well listen to a CD. I also love your performing seal impression with the clapping hands. I kept wanting to throw you a fish. Having said that, it is an emotional experience so I do understand. I was at this concert in Earls Court, London & I had tears running down my face for most of the gig.
