    Did you only train dead hangs, no pull ups at all? if thats the case and could improve pull up thats fantastic

      Yes, I only trained during my 30 days, handstand holds and dead hang holds. No pull-ups or any other exercise. Like I said in the video, it has been awhile since I did pull-ups. I saw other videos of people saying that this would increase pull-up reps. So I decided to try it on my own. I appreciate your questions and comments. Thanks for watching.

    Why did you train handstand holds? Does it help pull up?

      Yes, they will help. They help build your upper body overall strength and balance. They are difficult to do for 2 minutes. It took me awhile before I can hold the entire two minutes. But it helped a lot. Here is a short article for you. www.mindbodygreen.com/articles/handstand-benefits

    Next time when you’re doing your pull ups wear fingerless gloves that will protect your hands I have a video coming this week on how to do handstands using a wall
