Look at the garbage everywhere : ( looks like some warn torn city . I wish people should have sense to dispose their trash in designated locations
It is true that garbage must be put in designated bins, not doing so, surely looks uncultured, inhumane and poorly reflects on the overall image of an area, but in No way it resembles a war-torn place. It is a common character of low-profile residential areas across the globe, from our neighbours to the far located USA, where similar Scenes may be seen in NY City and others.
It is a lose-lose situation, where the dwellers have forgotten to keep their surroundings clean due to neglect of the metropolitan institutes.

I completely agree with you. Some scenes look like they are from a war-torn street in Iraq or Syria, and it's really sad to see. However, I think both the government and the people should take responsibility for this issue. The government should make it easier for people to dispose of their trash by placing garbage containers on every street, and then it's up to us, the people, to use our brains and use those trash bins properly.
The countries like Italy, Spain, etc. have all the old buildings and streets, but they are clean and so look beautiful. That's why people from all over the world want to visit them. We should take inspiration from them and try to keep our streets clean too. After all, cleanliness is a part of our religion too.
