I always big up TRC on the Audi A3 forum as so many people go for the cheaper, Maxton design splitters & I’m sorry to say they are not built the same! Love the gloss black on the white car, my only thing is the canards aren’t for me personally, everything else is spot on. Great content as always Jamie 👍🏾
I wanted the Maxton splitter because it looks much better quality than what else is offered for the GLI. I was pretty disappointed to see that its not a thick, solid plate that they make it out to be, its a flimsy one-sided shell with a smooth top finish.
@@Raymo2u unfortunately it’s what I’ve also heard on the forums and many people have said they just scrape a speed bump and they splinter. Definitely worth checking out TRC in my opinion
@@DarrenpTV I looked on the TRC site, there isnt one for the GTI but there is for the golf but its not as aggressive as I hoped (like the versions for the audi's).

Nice seeing the rs5 back on the channel love the splitter kit not keen on the canards though think its a bit much for your car might look good on a time attack car and possibly serve a purpose but looks a bit front end heavy on yours, all personal preference of course and either way a sick Audi and good to see it again, looking forward to the hybrids.

Cars looking freshhhhhhh.!!!! Personally I think the canards need tweeking slightly, specially the lower one just looks off think it needs making a bit longer to meet the bottom edge of the grill and more integrated to the grill so more like it should be there. Love the car and content bro! Keep grinding👊👊
