Say what you want about JJ's arm drop vs flashlight..... nothing stopping the competition from jumping. The fact is he is very good at power management and setting up his cars to get down a shit road very fast. Add a tenth or so jump at the start and he wins most of the time.
JJ's a cool dude and he draws some awesome rides to his races, BUT,, IF you wait for the "drop" - yer toast. The only "drop" start we saw was between the silver '69 and later, multi color model ('73?) Camaro's, looked like he sort of stumbled, the drop was actually a "drop" but alas the silver car left on the lift - as any who know JJ's starting manner would. Too bad he went FLAMES ON nea the big end and lost. Those who are used to JJ's starts know to leave on the LIFT cause the drop's too late.
Funny that none of the 405 was there. Guess Big Chief said don't go or ur off the list. Rumors are saying since Richard Rawlings brought the show he pulled the show from them. And I guess Memphis only has the show now. It should be other states that gets the show.
405 really doesn't do much outside of events that they're the big names of. I dunno about other states though, New Orleans at least for me was a flop. Nobody there really had a personality and it felt like a copy/paste script of the OKC ones at times. I really enjoy the Memphis style where they don't race each other. Helps also with not seeing repetitive races.. almost every week.

So JJ's woman won it....i noticed all of her races the other car didnt leave or slightly left and it was a blow out...Arm drops werent consistant at all...some of the time it was JJ and some was a woman then another man then back to JJ...just seems alil fishy that all her races were blow outs and what 1 guy went down the track with her at the beginning? meh on this
