- Up today, we're Rockin' with Dokken! Breaking the Chains is an essential Dokken song, and one of their first big songs in the 80's, partly thanks to the music video and MTV, at the time. Song has some simple, but cool riffs, and a nice melodic solo, by George Lynch.
Dokken has been a favorite band of mine, and I'm glad to finally be putting some Dokken content out! There's gonna be more, so stay tuned!

Hell yea! Dokken is probably my favorite american band from the 80's & I've always loved George's customs he had 😊.

George Lynch, is my absolute favorite guitarist and for over 40 yrs Dokken was my favorite band! That was until recent, when I discovered Lovebites! This band will blow you out of the water! If you like guitars and metal, Lovebites is up there with Metallica and Megadeth, maybe even better. They have tons of great songs but l'll give you a few live ones to check out, "MDO" "Set the World on Fire" "Scream For Me"
"United We Stand" and "Break the Wall" try those 5 live versions to start.
Trust me, you'll find many many more great songs and you will fall in love with them…
Btw… that was pretty bad ass! That skull guitar is my favorite guitar ever… Keep Rokken with Dokken! 🤘🏼

FYI, they are making their first US appearance, a 4 concert series this September of 2024, starting with a festival Sept 6th in Atlanta, Ga. Then Dallas, Texas September 8th at the house of Blues (I’m from the Boston area) that’s the show I want to go to. Then after that they have 2 more concerts in California. Not sure where you are from, but you see how amazing they are live.
Well, I just want to help spread the word about these girls to US metal music fans. I want to help them become the greatest and biggest band in the world because I believe, their talents says they should be….
