Trust me, it looks way better if you look at some proper high quality shots of it. Plus its the first R of the Agera series so it's quite old, They've clearly improved from then.
Like what Jeff said, its the very early version of the Agera R steering wheel. Just look at Koenigsegg's steering wheels now, they are much much better.

First and foremost we always examine the performance of the sports car and then the driver of the sports car. I'm pretty surprised actually that not one person commented on the performance of the driver in the panamera. We don't know how fast and how long they were pushing both cars at 100% but at the end of the day the panamera was ahead of the Koenigsegg the entire time. In my opinion the driver in the panamera was pretty solid considering he had to stir a boat on land against a top 3 sports car...
