This tour was so relaxing, and enjoyable. I did not realize that each street, located in the Beverley Hills flats, sticks to one type of tree! Everything seems so peaceful. Some streets have a lot of cars parked on the roadsides, and some have barely any, I noticed. In any case, every neighborhood looks so inviting. The price ranges are interesting, as well. I thoroughly enjoyed this lovely ridealong, Christophe. A tour bus, in the vicinity, pretty much gives a clue. 🏡👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻💥
Nowhere in LA County is safe, lol. I have a friend who lives near the flats and was walking near there and was assaulted by a homeless guy with no pants on .
FYI- That 2-story white traditional house with shutters at 730 North Bedford Drive on the corner, was the former home of Lana Turner, site of the infamous Johnny Stompanato murder! 😳
I will be moving to the area April/May 2026. I am looking to rent an apartment prior to buying again. What are some cities close by that have nice safe apartments?

No it is north of Sunset.
As a European it's interesting to notice that there are 0 people in the streets...
In the residential areas there are not many walking around. In the business district live Rodeo Drive there are many.
only "poor" people walk, ferraris and lamborghinis for the beverly hills
