We never did. Always turned up at 6 - 6:30pm, seated straight away, received attentive service and freshest food. Queues formed after 8pm with long waits for a table and slow service. Remember by 9pm that food has been sat out for 3hrs.

I think it was about 250 USD for the whole day.
