Hello! I would like to share with you my experience of forging and casting. I will show the process of work, which, if desired, you can repeat yourself. I will forge a knife from a spring and temper it in oil. And then we will make a wax handle and I will show you how to cast it in a simple way.

What did you sprinkle on the molten brass, and why did you do that? Thank you. I enjoyed this video. The aluminum foil left a really interesting impression in the wax. Nice idea.

If we can use tin foil and paper to make hats does that make them potentially a fabric

that's not how straight razers lock the heel is supposed to be able to cross the handle, have you ever used one in real life?
Also why did you bother adding borax after you poured the metal? it was pointless since that part of the spruce was getting cut off.

it was looking good until the etching on the blade. The handle looks epic but the blade now looks like the etching design was done by a 4 year old, looks phoned in & unprofessional. Would've been better off not etching the blade at all rather than wrecking the whole thing by doing a crappy etching.

@@marcoramirez2895 I don't do it myself but just because I don't doesn't mean I don't know what looks good & what looks crap. I'm not a chef either but I still know what tastes good & what doesn't. I am also not a musician but I also know what sounds good & what doesn't. So don't be a stupid moron. Just because I can't forge anything doesn't mean I can't tell if something is good or not & this would have been amazing except it was ruined by crappy etching.

@@nonyabidness6492 I get what you mean, but I think he's well beyond the line of being good enough for forged in fire. and obviously he's not a master, very few people are. but Some of the competitors in that show are much worse than he is, so I say he has a very good chance of atleast coming in second place
