The Smokies- Appalachian Trail SOBO Thru Hike

I am finally in the Smokies and I hit my biggest day on trail- 27+ miles and just wanted under 11,000 ft of gain. I am so close to the end of the trail. I did the entire length of the Smokies in 3 days!
And unlike Shenandoah, Smokey Mountain National Park is everything and more.

In March, I started my Appalachian Trail 2020 Solo NOBO Thru-Hike! Things didn't go according to plan (2020, ya know?). So I paused my hike. Now I am back on the trail going Southbound from Maine to Georgia.
