Is there a reason that Disney store buzz is used instead of the Disney parks version? Why would they use the different packaging for zurg if they wouldn't have different packaging for buzz?
Those are exclusive 7 inch action figures that you can only buy at the Disneyland parks and resorts. You can probably search woody and buzz Disney parks exclusive action figures on eBay to find them that way. They don’t sell them online.

why don't you get a old Disney Store Jessie 2018 I have it it's so cool sometimes the eyes are weird but I was lucky my Jessie's eyes are correct and straight you can go and find the good one and buy it for $30
I have bought them before they are not for everyone. I think they are good budget options. For me I prefer the toy story collection and signature toy lines
