- Just replacing some more Hendrickson walking beam bushings.
Though I'd plan it out for you so you can see how we do it in one take.
It seemed to work out quite well.

Hello? hey guys when you replace king pin in a big truck, when you take off the hub, Where does the oil come from? is it just broken down greases?
The bearings are oil bath and needs to be filled back up to the line on the cap when you are done. just use a quality gear oil (for most applications)
To separately and further explain.
There are two types of bearings on vehicles, one uses oil as a lubricant and some use grease as a lubricant. Most styles over 7000 lbs capacity on an axle will switch from a greaseable bearing to an oil bearing. HOWEVER there are now some styles of heavy duty axles that take grease again and I don't now why they are doing that myself.
If the grease does break down it can have a watery texture to it as well (but pretty rarely)
That doesn't look like work to me it looks like fun.
this is definitely the fun part. Removing the beams from the truck was a whole different story. They where STUCK!

we do not sell used parts. I would recommend purchasing parts from anywhere but the rust belt. If it snows there, don't buy used parts there.
