Okay so, I have the Cerulean catseye hat, and from what I remember I got this accessory from a figure called Bombo (which comes from season 4), and I think its pretty difficult to get that hat
HOWEVER what got me really suspicious is that the one Bombo i got had a normal body colour and not the yellow one like in the picture..

Hi, I own the Cerulean Catseye, it was a chaser code for Series 4 of Action and maybe Series 2 of Celebrity, it’s a reskin of the Crimson Catseye and not the Overseer Eye, it also has 2 items associated too it that you can right now being an cape and a top-hat thing.
