I have been moved 2 tears by routines over the years..but i have never felt so emotional watching an audition...amazing, heartbreaking..beautiful..unique..& i watch it over & over.I love this guy
Hampton, I don't know if you will ever see this, but I'm putting it out there anyway. What you did, what YOU went through and took me with you - I have NEVER been affected as I was tonight and I'm watching it years later. I am going to look you up to see where this took you, but thank you for taking me out of the room I live in and taking me soaring into the heavens. It is my prayer that whatever resulted from that moment led you to your rebirth. God bless and be happy my friend.
Although I know Jesus is the only One that can take our pain; there is no denying that this man is an artist. He paints so gracefully through the expression of emotions through movement. He will paint many works of art, I betcha. This first viewing of his masterpieces, will be just a sampling of what the man is able to express with artistic, graceful movement. Move over ballet! Wow!
I am a popper myself and I've had the blessing of seeing a true OG Legend "Mr.Wiggles" dance before my eyes and I never cried(Although I was about to😏😉) and his young mans freestyle almost broke me down! Lol
a real performer is nt know for 1 thing but the things he can in co-operate to bring the real meaning of the story and he did that with the right song and his amazing pop-lock it wassssss good
Idk how much crying you can credit to the song itself though... Like, this song will jerk a tear out of anyone whose cared about someone else, ever. Whether it be a person or a pet. Her voice is just that powerful and the music is so weakening. The dance was cool, but especially watching this year's later its tough to say he can have the credit

@paul & David: in dance, the audience responds to the invisible emotion, the musicality of using the song and its lyrics, the dancer’s facial expressions, the dancer’s ability to convey emotion and make movements flow seamlessly one to another. This incredible dancer did all those things. Being live in front of the dancer, the emotional energy both in the audience and that put forth by the dancer can be an emotional goosebumps producing. This young man pulled into himself the energies he felt around him, then played it in totally with the song (All of Me by Evanescence). The result was a spellbound audience, spontaneous tears by many and a full eruption and standing ovation by everyone in the theatre. Hope that helps.
He really feels the emotion of the music, he is able to express it thru his movements. Empathetic people are able to pick up on the emotion. If you were in the audience, it would be a stronger feeling.
When he was dancing, he was collecting everyone's pain. He then took your pain, placed it in his heart. He removed his heart from his chest, killing himself and your pain along with it.
This is a soul that knows pain, and empathy. Unusually beautiful.
