I have had sever stomach issue but it all went after after reducing my anxiety, depression and stress level to a minimal. Avoid Diary at all cost and only consume Oat milk (Jord is the best brand as they have highest content of of organic oat) Not sure about alcohol as I have never drank.

Black people do swim. I'm Zimbabwean and used to swim for my school and district until i left to start secondary school here and became more concerned about my hair being nappy after swimming. I'm still a strong swimmer but i do it more so when my hair is protected.
