Not good enough. Spark and One need to apologise to all of the women of New Zealand. I will switch from 2degrees to a new Telco in a heartbeat over this. I no longer want to give my money to companies who hate me and endorse violence towards me.

Mercury offer mobile, internet, power, and I've heard that they don't get involved in politics or social issues. So I have just emailed them to ask what their stance on all this is, if true I will be moving over to them.

Mercury is a good option for telco. They have taken over Southpower, and they can offer internet, mobile, power, gas - they can do everything. And they don’t seem to be a Rainbow Tick company, according to the list online. They choose not to participate in political issues.

The Haka has no place in professional sport. No other country that I know of, conducts any kind of traditional/ethnic theatrical dance, prior to playing a game. Why a world sport governing body even allows it, solely to NZ is beyond me. There are many other countries with a far deeper history who dont partake in any such acts. Sport is about leaving all your differences behind, to see whos best, on an even playing field. The rules apply to everyone, its all agreed on, the only way to win, is by being better at the game. If the Haka gives some kind of psycological advantage over your opponent, it should be banned, or give the other team the opportunity to do something similar.
