I always enjoy her videos, and have seen so many methods of creating carnivore and ketogenic dishes that help our brains make the transition. Carnivore pizza and pasta😊, she is awesome. When creators like this do content together it makes the world a smaller place and helps push the message of eating an animal based diet.

Yes , Started keto and around month 8 y simply stopped eating veggies, I could not stand broccoli anymore .. had to force me to eat it so I thought, what the hell , I go full carnivore . Best decision ever !!!

They all have defensive chemicals. I was sceptical but been carnivore for a couple of months and I feel great. I used to love fruit and veg but since I’ve stopped eating them I feel young again

@@mgnoodle2589 research Paul Saladino- he covers that Squash is a Fruit, thus eliminating it entirely from the category of “defense chemicals.” Root Vegetables are okay, it’s mainly the Leafy Greens that you should be avoiding, those are the ones loaded with Defense Chemicals.

Ruminant animals stomachs neutralize the toxins so they are not concentrated in their bodies. There's tons of research on this, it's NOT pseudoscience.

I love Chaffee. But he doesn’t talk enough about fat on carnivore. I got very high insulin from carnivore because I was high protein and didn’t add fat. I thought fat in a ribeye was enough. People talk about lowering A1c on this diet but none of them mention the very real possibility of raising it too. I kept getting worse and worse symptoms. Followed the diet to a T and thought eating 3-4 pounds of ribeye a day would help. It was the problem. Now I eat 5 4ounce protein meals a day and have about a cup of vegetables a day. I have a gallbladder but it wasn’t producing enough bile for the fat to break down. Anybody reading this that has continual diarrhea on carnivore or lightheadedness past the first month you need to consider fat and meal timing. There’s much more nuance here than “just eat meat” I was strict for 12months
I agree, definitely there is a lot of nuance and the standard advice of eall all the meat you want does not work for all of us.
I’m on day 81 on the carnivore diet. I’m trying to heal my psoriasis. Still have diarrhea. Thank you for this comment. I literally just did blood work yesterday. And my A1c increased from 5.4 to 5.5. My cholesterol is high (been eating more bacon lately for a meal), and my ldl is slightly high but not terrible. As I progress along I will have to think about my fat intake. I am staying away from dairy except butter. I eat strip steaks usually, occasional tbone, ribeye, porterhouse, bacon, spare ribs on occasion etc. Usually ground beef 80-20 in the morning with hard boiled egg and/or butter.
