Yep! "Sailor's Repose" is the actual name, for anyone wondering. You can get it by completing the quest at Frostflow Lighthouse. Thanks for the reminder :-)
Just a Head's Up to anyone using Summermyst Enchantments Mod: If you want an 'Amplify _____ School of Magic' enchantment, just head to the College of Winterhold and barter with the Teacher of that School. They'll have robes with that enchantment on it, as well as other robes with different Mage-themed Enchantments.
I have a question. The mod sacrosant have a racial perks, and the racial of the imperial vampire is that he gain 25 to magica and stamina, but the effect of the shrines is the contrarie. This effect is working with this wild shrines as well as the normal ones for the matter?
Actually, I have never played a Sacrosanct Imperial. But my guess is that since these shrine effects are permanent, they don't work the same as the vanilla/wintersun shrines with temporary buffs, and probably wouldn't apply to Cult of Shadows. That would mess with balance a bit too much, I think. But I could be completely wrong. Imperial vampire is a bit of a specialty build, and getting to the point of Wild Shrines with one is not a trivial thing. So I probably won't be able to test any time soon. But if you find out, please let us know!
The shrines all appear at once as soon as you take the perk. But they don't show on the map like quest marker. They only appear on the map once you find them, like most other undiscovered locations. However, if you get close to them, the should show on the compass of your HUD.
Yeah, these can be rare. Sometimes VERY rare. They show up as random events on the road, so if you're fast traveling alot, you'll never seen them. And if you have a mod that adds lots of random events, they'll be even more rare. Unfortunately, you can't find them in any specific spot. Just avoid fast travel, stick to the roads, and keep you eyes peeled!
You can also get a quest perk called Sailors Respite that also improves restoration effectiveness by 10%
