Favorite cheap (&easy!!) dinner…white chicken chilli. Two cans of navy beans, two cans of hominy, one can cream of chicken soup, packet of taco seasoning, and boneless, skinless chicken thighs! Cook it in the crockpot and 30 min before eating stir in some cheese and sour cream and shred the chicken. Makes leftovers! You can serve over rice or with tortilla chips or just eat plain. 😋
