Way back 7 years ago when it was really hard to make money in GTA because there were no businesses yet (basically just heists and a few contact missions), I bought an apartment at Integrity Way. I didn't know until after I bought it how horrible the entrance to the garage was (for me, anyway) and I immediately regretted that purchase. R* didn't show me anything about that location before I bought it and I couldn't find any informative videos about apartment locations and views, so I decided to start making videos myself.
Ended up with Hawick. The side building view should have pointed to the west so you could see the highway and the casino. That would have been cool. But honestly, the main view from the office and the living quarters in Hawick are top notch.
I could not agree more! You never really notice the lousy view from the stairs anyway. That gorgeous view from the front windows makes you forget all about the side view.
When it comes to things to buy in GTA, I always like to go look for champlette for amazing tips. There are too many videos about the best location etc. but none of them includes this wonderful lady's perspective nor interior comparison. I just want to thank you for helping me save so much time, money and effort when I was starting out on GTA Online early last year, I had no clue what I was doing back then but I played a lot during lockdown and I mean a lot 🤣 I’m up to rank 870 now already with $600M
Fantastic video, as always. I picked Hawick due to proximity to my nightclub, the casino, arcade, auto shop and garages. I suspect it might be the worst location for doing the actual agency jobs, but I find travel during missions to be less annoying than your actual freeroam errands, so I wanted the shortest trips for those.
That's an excellent point. There will come a time when we've moved on to new heists and missions for some other business, but this property still needs to be conveniently located for access to the cars in your garage, the vehicle workshop, and the armory. I have the Hawick location on the PC because it's very close to several of my other important businesses and the casino. On the PS4, I may try Vespucci because I like that area of the city and I never have a good excuse to spend time there, so this would do it.

Thanks Champlette for another very useful GTA video, yours are my first go-to for picking styles and locations of business' and apartments etc. I chose Rockford Hills as the Agency is aimed at the super rich and famous and this one is within their main area of the city, its even the closest to Dr. Dre's studio etc. For me it is also the closest to my nightclub, arcade and MC clubhouse which is very handy.
Great choice! Convenience is super important when choosing the location of a new business. At some point, we'll all be doing other new heists and missions but you still need this property to be conveniently located for quick access to the garage, the vehicle workshop, and the armory.
Nice video champlette I wasn't so sure about which agency I should get because I was abit concerned about weather the missions will be both in the country side or the city so I just bought the one in little Seoul just to make sure.
I hope you enjoy it! I've been at Hawick for quite a while and it's a great fit for me. I like how close it is to my Downtown Vinewood nightclub and to the casino.

@@hinglemccringleberry4533 Thanks for saying that. It can be expensive. This DLC has cost me about $20M to make both videos, but well worth it. On the PC, I think I'm going to stick with Hawick. I like that it's close to my nightclub, auto shop, MC clubhouse, and the casino. On the PS4, I haven't decided for sure yet. I'm leaning toward Vespucci, but I'll make my final decision sometime today.
It's tough because the Rockford hills has the better looks from the outside and nice garage and it's in a nicer area but the views are pretty bad, but Seoul has amazing views and is also relatively cool looking

hey you, how’s it going? Doing better here and I just wanted to tell you I just hit 20 million for the second time in my playing career. I’m a clean player I don’t do replays I don’t do money glitches and I don’t mod whatsoever, so it’s a big deal! I was going to move my agency I’ve got the triangular building that’s next to maze bank west. And after your great video I moved my My office location and I moved in upgraded to Arcadiius after your last video… We’re on a LS tuner buying spree if you’re ever in game come find me and I’ll show you my garage I have six so far so I’ve been grinding and I hit 20 million again and I decided I want a better agency location I don’t like how wonky the building is and it’s way up in the north Corner of the map and I really don’t have anything up there except for my Chumash bunker. Plus I just want one that has an easier garage entrance because there’s a lot of times where I’m literally running for my life lol!!! I want to smooth transition right into the agency! So I’m gonna watch the video now just wanted to say hello and thank you for all your great videos

Lol sorry Champlette but I purchase for the views and overall curb appeal 😉 Now if I could've had my way, I'd pick Rockford Hills Agency with the Vespucci canal side view and the Hawick view facing the cityscape. But I ended up picking Rockford Hills in the end with the awesome design and the covered garage, also owning apartments in both the Weasel and Richard's Majestic buildings ☺

I'm currently really confused on choosing which agency to buy, whether I should keep my Little Seoul or switch to Vespucci Canals, cuz both of them are at pretty spot for both Dr Dre contract and Security Contracts, especially Little Seoul, but I'm kinda tired of sprinting up and jumping down the stairs of Little Seoul. Meanwhile I prefer its view compared to the others, so a bit of a headache right now =)))
I agree, it's a very tough decision. All 4 agency locations have pros and cons. I'd say think about what's most important to you. If you spend a lot of time inside the agency and enjoying the views, then put higher importance on the views. If the proximity of the location you have now is good for contracts and you enjoy doing those, then that's very important. For me, I wanted one that's close to my nightclub and convenient to the casino, so I chose Hawick. The view from the stairs is terrible, but the view out the front window is spectacular, especially since I love looking at Arcadius.
@@Champlette2 so after switching back and forth between the Little Seoul and Vespucci Canals, I decided to stay with Little Seoul, cuz anyway I'll move my CEO office to Lombank West and some other business to the west too, so Little Seoul will be my main office in the middle of the city =))). Arcadius is a great spot, but to me it's only for the very first time in game while grinding out with warehouses, so now I'll go with Lombank =)))
@@akn2643I had the Lombank office for years and loved it! It's conveniently located and has a killer view. The only downside was the steep driveway. I moved to Arcadius about 2 years ago after I made plans to go visit the real life Westin Bonaventure hotel. The room we stayed in had the same view as the office does, so that was awesome!
Oh wow, that's the difficult question I've been getting since I made this video! I'm honestly still not sure. I love the building at Rockford Hills, I love the view at Vespucci, and I love the view at Hawick. Hawick probably makes the most sense for me because my Auto Shop and Nightclub are nearby and it's close to the Casino. Then again, I would love to have a good reason to spend more time in Vespucci, so I'm a bit torn.

I think now, you can see the exterior sign of F.Clinton & Partner on your agency without doing the dre contract (more specifically, investigation finale & last two missions). I would say it's pretty weird to see the badger building not playing a part in the dlc, since its based off the legendary capitol records in LA.
I don't know how much it matters to people anymore in this age of jet 'bikes' and moonpool Sparrows, but the Vespucci location has the best personal aircraft spawn proximity now that the pocket aircraft spawn trick has been patched. The side stairwell view is incredible at sunset, even better than Lombank West's view. Nothing else in the game that I know of looks out over the canals residential district at the beach skyline like that. I _really_ wish that was the view direction for the private quarters. Unrelated: Champlette, do you get any incentives for your subscribers turning on notifications?
That is a very good point. I didn't test that in my video only because the helicopter spawns have been so lousy for so long that I didn't think it was even worth demonstrating, but I appreciate you sharing that. I totally agree about the stairwell view from Vespucci. Gorgeous! No, I don't get any incentives for subscribers turning on notifications. I don't get any incentives for an increased number of subscribers either. I only get ad revenue. I'm up to about $1.20 per real-life day in ad revenue now.... ha ha!!
I'm torn between Vespucci Canals for the view and next to a basketball/skate park, Rockford Hills for the fountains and road access to garage like arcadius and Hawick for the awesome access to garage and front door. Can you guys please please help me with opinions? How are location of those three when doing the missions?
I don't have enough experience myself, so hopefully someone else will chime in here. If you don't get answers here soon enough, I'm sure some of my friends on my Discord channel (link is in this video's description) could give you some great tips. Many of them have a lot of experience already with this new DLC.
@@MC320 Exactly the same reasons (and properties) that are making me consider keeping Hawick too! It's also only 2 blocks from my Downtown Vinewood nightclub, and my MC clubhouse just behind that, plus my N. Conker stilt house. It's a very convenient location.

Oh and one more thing. I tried to see some of the different views from other random peoples UA-cam videos prior to making my decision, and from the 3 that I saw, I chose Vespucci specifically for the view as it's what is most important for me personally. I really didn't like how one of the properties view was of a highway.

I really like to choose my busimess from the desing of the building it self form inside and outside but I cant maje a choise, because form inside I like the mesa agency but from outside the rockford its nicer

I almost was a real estate agent! I used to do real estate photography, and I came close to getting my real estate license but I decided not to and I'm glad I did. COVID hit shortly after I made that decision and I know several realtors who left the business because houses just weren't selling there for a while and there was no inventory.
@@alexm20112012 Both, actually. I have been on the PS4 for about 6 years but started playing on the PC about 2 years ago. I'm able to make much better quality videos on the PC.
Is it just me or does the last gen GTAO look better ever since the next gen version was added? Looks sharper & I’m noticing new details like window glares & better sunsets. Maybe even smoother frames??
Rockstar did release an enhancement to the former gen consoles recently, so it is possible that some gameplay improvements were included in that update.
Says "nice to look at" while loking at Penris building with that "penris" shaped building right next to it, basically a shape with one tower in the center and two ball like addons on the sides if someone doesn't catch the R* humour yet.
HA HA!! Ooops, I missed that one. I did not realize that until you mentioned it. But you are right, there are lots of "artistic innuendos" that Rockstar put into this game.

I struggled with which one to choose too. I finally chose Hawick and I'm very happy with it. I have other businesses near there so it's very convenient for me, and I absolutely love the view from that agency. In my opinion (and several other GTA UA-camrs too), the missions really aren't closer to any of the agency locations. They're spread out very well, so any agency is ok.
Hawick is my favorite. I brought the Agency there. Spinning the Casino wheel every day, moving to restock my snacks and armors at the Armory near by. It's close to the north main road if need any vehicle to deliver at the agency from the desert side Nice video! It really helped me a lot checking all other options from those 4 places of the Agency

I KNOW! Of all of the properties, I think this one is definitely one of the more difficult decisions. There are things to like about all 4 of these. It's a really tough call.
Thanks again, was waiting for this. It's a bummer 3 of the 4 are so close together and the entrances of Rockford Hills and Little Seoul ruin it for me. I'll probably end up with Hawick, have the cheapest for now to see where most contracts are situated.

Stuck between Rockford and Seoul, I love Rockford for the location and exterior design especially the bridge to Richards majestic is so cool but the views are terrible and the building is so short in comparison to Seoul and the views from Seoul's office are incomparable to Rockford's views
Excellent points indeed. I felt much the same way when I first started looking at the agency locations. I ended up with Hawick. Yes the view out of the stairs is lousy, but the view out of the front is amazing!! I love that view of downtown. I used to have time to play quite a lot and I had made a lot of GTA money (back before it was so easy to make so much money) and I had the means to buy all the different properties to check them out so other players could see them before buying and not waste your hard-earned GTA $. :)
I wasn't actually sure which was my favorite agency location when I made this video. Since then, Hawick has officially become my favorite. It's very convenient for me because I have the Downtown Vinewood nightclub, the Hawick Auto Shop, the MC clubhouse just across from my nightclub, and the casino is so close by. I seriously considered Little Seoul and Vespucci too because I like their views and it would have been a great opportunity for me to spend some time in a part of the city where I don't have businesses already, but I couldn't resist the convenience and GORGEOUS downtown view from Hawick.
@@Champlette2 Darn. The ocean view at Vespucci & mountain view at Little Seoul had me picking between those 2. How often do you see the side view? Since that’s obviously the worst part of Hawick & best part of Vespucci.
@@JC-li8kk It's great to see you! Honestly, you rarely ever see the side view from your Agency. Unless you spawn there, you only go up to the second level rarely just to visit the armory (if you have it) or the apartment. The side view from the Agency should not be a deciding factor because it is a very insignificant part of the experience with the location. The convenience of the Hawick location is outstanding for me because I have several other businesses nearby and I like it being close the casino, plus the view of downtown is amazing from the front windows. I really never pay any attention at all to the uninteresting view from the stairs.
8:54 I own the Vespucci Canals Agency and i only know that the Avenger spawns at the skate park but where does the personal helicopter like the Akula spawn? Champlette2?
I didn't test for that when I did my review, so I logged in for a moment to check. I tested from the front of the agency and from the garage door and requested two different personal helicopters. Both of them were delivered out on the beach near the walk path just south of Del Perro Pier.
From what I've read, no property on average saves more than a few seconds over another. I choose many properties based on their views anyhow, but that makes this a priority for me for these. I'm finding myself in a bit of a Goldilocks situation. I can't make up my mind and still haven't made a purchase. 😅 Can anyone help me out by telling me how much time one spends in the staircase? Little Seoul has the best views overall imo, but if I'm never in my stairwell, Hawick could do. I have reservations about buying the most/least expensive properties because of how busy they tend to be, but I just can't deal with a view of a skatepark and basketball court, and, despite the outside appeal, not a back parking lot with trailers at the movie studio. 🤷♂️
I totally agree on all counts. I haven't played many of the missions or anything from the Agency yet, but my friends on Discord say the locations are fairly equal for those. As for the staircase, I really thought the disappointing one at Hawick would bug me, but it really doesn't. The view from the front is what you see the most. Granted, there's no elevator option to arrive at the living quarters level so you do have to run up the steps to get there, but you can enter the elevator from the living quarters and go to the roof, ground, or garage, so you don't have to run back down the steps unless you want to go to the office level.

Thanks for your hard work, Champlette. I will go for the Hawick Agency because it takes the least time travelling to most of the mission location. The agency is also convenient to the my Eight Bit Arcade, Burton Auto Shop and Downtown NC.

I picked Hawick due to proximity to my nightclub, the casino, arcade, auto shop and garages.
I suspect it might be the worst location for doing the actual agency jobs, but I find travel during missions to be less annoying than your actual freeroam errands, so I wanted the shortest trips for those.
That's an excellent point. There will come a time when we've moved on to new heists and missions for some other business, but this property still needs to be conveniently located for access to the cars in your garage, the vehicle workshop, and the armory. I have the Hawick location on the PC because it's very close to several of my other important businesses and the casino. On the PS4, I may try Vespucci because I like that area of the city and I never have a good excuse to spend time there, so this would do it.

Thanks Champlette for another very useful GTA video, yours are my first go-to for picking styles and locations of business' and apartments etc. I chose Rockford Hills as the Agency is aimed at the super rich and famous and this one is within their main area of the city, its even the closest to Dr. Dre's studio etc. For me it is also the closest to my nightclub, arcade and MC clubhouse which is very handy.
Great choice! Convenience is super important when choosing the location of a new business. At some point, we'll all be doing other new heists and missions but you still need this property to be conveniently located for quick access to the garage, the vehicle workshop, and the armory.

Nice video champlette I wasn't so sure about which agency I should get because I was abit concerned about weather the missions will be both in the country side or the city so I just bought the one in little Seoul just to make sure.
Yes, I haven't done the missions yet either, but I would imagine that Little Seoul and Vespucci would be best for those.

It's tough because the Rockford hills has the better looks from the outside and nice garage and it's in a nicer area but the views are pretty bad, but Seoul has amazing views and is also relatively cool looking

I’m a clean player I don’t do replays I don’t do money glitches and I don’t mod whatsoever, so it’s a big deal! I was going to move my agency I’ve got the triangular building that’s next to maze bank west. And after your great video I moved my My office location and I moved in upgraded to Arcadiius after your last video… We’re on a LS tuner buying spree if you’re ever in game come find me and I’ll show you my garage I have six so far so I’ve been grinding and I hit 20 million again and I decided I want a better agency location I don’t like how wonky the building is and it’s way up in the north Corner of the map and I really don’t have anything up there except for my Chumash bunker. Plus I just want one that has an easier garage entrance because there’s a lot of times where I’m literally running for my life lol!!! I want to smooth transition right into the agency! So I’m gonna watch the video now just wanted to say hello and thank you for all your great videos

But I ended up picking Rockford Hills in the end with the awesome design and the covered garage, also owning apartments in both the Weasel and Richard's Majestic buildings ☺

I'm currently really confused on choosing which agency to buy, whether I should keep my Little Seoul or switch to Vespucci Canals, cuz both of them are at pretty spot for both Dr Dre contract and Security Contracts, especially Little Seoul, but I'm kinda tired of sprinting up and jumping down the stairs of Little Seoul. Meanwhile I prefer its view compared to the others, so a bit of a headache right now =)))
I agree, it's a very tough decision. All 4 agency locations have pros and cons. I'd say think about what's most important to you. If you spend a lot of time inside the agency and enjoying the views, then put higher importance on the views. If the proximity of the location you have now is good for contracts and you enjoy doing those, then that's very important. For me, I wanted one that's close to my nightclub and convenient to the casino, so I chose Hawick. The view from the stairs is terrible, but the view out the front window is spectacular, especially since I love looking at Arcadius.
@@Champlette2 so after switching back and forth between the Little Seoul and Vespucci Canals, I decided to stay with Little Seoul, cuz anyway I'll move my CEO office to Lombank West and some other business to the west too, so Little Seoul will be my main office in the middle of the city =))). Arcadius is a great spot, but to me it's only for the very first time in game while grinding out with warehouses, so now I'll go with Lombank =)))
@@akn2643I had the Lombank office for years and loved it! It's conveniently located and has a killer view. The only downside was the steep driveway. I moved to Arcadius about 2 years ago after I made plans to go visit the real life Westin Bonaventure hotel. The room we stayed in had the same view as the office does, so that was awesome!

Oh wow, that's the difficult question I've been getting since I made this video! I'm honestly still not sure. I love the building at Rockford Hills, I love the view at Vespucci, and I love the view at Hawick. Hawick probably makes the most sense for me because my Auto Shop and Nightclub are nearby and it's close to the Casino. Then again, I would love to have a good reason to spend more time in Vespucci, so I'm a bit torn.

I think now, you can see the exterior sign of F.Clinton & Partner on your agency without doing the dre contract (more specifically, investigation finale & last two missions).
I would say it's pretty weird to see the badger building not playing a part in the dlc, since its based off the legendary capitol records in LA.
Oh yes, I totally agree. I thought surely the recording studio would be in that "Capitol Records" building. It should have been.
I don't know how much it matters to people anymore in this age of jet 'bikes' and moonpool Sparrows, but the Vespucci location has the best personal aircraft spawn proximity now that the pocket aircraft spawn trick has been patched.
The side stairwell view is incredible at sunset, even better than Lombank West's view. Nothing else in the game that I know of looks out over the canals residential district at the beach skyline like that. I _really_ wish that was the view direction for the private quarters.
Unrelated: Champlette, do you get any incentives for your subscribers turning on notifications?
That is a very good point. I didn't test that in my video only because the helicopter spawns have been so lousy for so long that I didn't think it was even worth demonstrating, but I appreciate you sharing that.

No, I don't get any incentives for subscribers turning on notifications. I don't get any incentives for an increased number of subscribers either. I only get ad revenue. I'm up to about $1.20 per real-life day in ad revenue now.... ha ha!!

I'm torn between Vespucci Canals for the view and next to a basketball/skate park, Rockford Hills for the fountains and road access to garage like arcadius and Hawick for the awesome access to garage and front door. Can you guys please please help me with opinions? How are location of those three when doing the missions?
I don't have enough experience myself, so hopefully someone else will chime in here. If you don't get answers here soon enough, I'm sure some of my friends on my Discord channel (link is in this video's description) could give you some great tips. Many of them have a lot of experience already with this new DLC.

@@MC320 Exactly the same reasons (and properties) that are making me consider keeping Hawick too! It's also only 2 blocks from my Downtown Vinewood nightclub, and my MC clubhouse just behind that, plus my N. Conker stilt house. It's a very convenient location.

Oh and one more thing. I tried to see some of the different views from other random peoples UA-cam videos prior to making my decision, and from the 3 that I saw, I chose Vespucci specifically for the view as it's what is most important for me personally. I really didn't like how one of the properties view was of a highway.

I almost was a real estate agent! I used to do real estate photography, and I came close to getting my real estate license but I decided not to and I'm glad I did. COVID hit shortly after I made that decision and I know several realtors who left the business because houses just weren't selling there for a while and there was no inventory.

I struggled with which one to choose too. I finally chose Hawick and I'm very happy with it. I have other businesses near there so it's very convenient for me, and I absolutely love the view from that agency.
In my opinion (and several other GTA UA-camrs too), the missions really aren't closer to any of the agency locations. They're spread out very well, so any agency is ok.
I got the Little Seoul location because I thought it looked the coolest, the fact that it's the cheapest is a big bonus.
Yeah I feel the same. Going to buy that agency later.
Hawick is my favorite. I brought the Agency there. Spinning the Casino wheel every day, moving to restock my snacks and armors at the Armory near by. It's close to the north main road if need any vehicle to deliver at the agency from the desert side

I KNOW! Of all of the properties, I think this one is definitely one of the more difficult decisions. There are things to like about all 4 of these. It's a really tough call.

Stuck between Rockford and Seoul, I love Rockford for the location and exterior design especially the bridge to Richards majestic is so cool but the views are terrible and the building is so short in comparison to Seoul and the views from Seoul's office are incomparable to Rockford's views
Excellent points indeed. I felt much the same way when I first started looking at the agency locations. I ended up with Hawick. Yes the view out of the stairs is lousy, but the view out of the front is amazing!! I love that view of downtown. I wasn't actually sure which was my favorite agency location when I made this video. Since then, Hawick has officially become my favorite. It's very convenient for me because I have the Downtown Vinewood nightclub, the Hawick Auto Shop, the MC clubhouse just across from my nightclub, and the casino is so close by. I seriously considered Little Seoul and Vespucci too because I like their views and it would have been a great opportunity for me to spend some time in a part of the city where I don't have businesses already, but I couldn't resist the convenience and GORGEOUS downtown view from Hawick.
@@Champlette2 Darn. The ocean view at Vespucci & mountain view at Little Seoul had me picking between those 2. How often do you see the side view? Since that’s obviously the worst part of Hawick & best part of Vespucci.
@@JC-li8kk It's great to see you! Honestly, you rarely ever see the side view from your Agency. Unless you spawn there, you only go up to the second level rarely just to visit the armory (if you have it) or the apartment. The side view from the Agency should not be a deciding factor because it is a very insignificant part of the experience with the location. The convenience of the Hawick location is outstanding for me because I have several other businesses nearby and I like it being close the casino, plus the view of downtown is amazing from the front windows. I really never pay any attention at all to the uninteresting view from the stairs.
8:54 I own the Vespucci Canals Agency and i only know that the Avenger spawns at the skate park but where does the personal helicopter like the Akula spawn? Champlette2?
I didn't test for that when I did my review, so I logged in for a moment to check. I tested from the front of the agency and from the garage door and requested two different personal helicopters. Both of them were delivered out on the beach near the walk path just south of Del Perro Pier.

From what I've read, no property on average saves more than a few seconds over another. I choose many properties based on their views anyhow, but that makes this a priority for me for these. I'm finding myself in a bit of a Goldilocks situation. I can't make up my mind and still haven't made a purchase. 😅 Can anyone help me out by telling me how much time one spends in the staircase? Little Seoul has the best views overall imo, but if I'm never in my stairwell, Hawick could do. I have reservations about buying the most/least expensive properties because of how busy they tend to be, but I just can't deal with a view of a skatepark and basketball court, and, despite the outside appeal, not a back parking lot with trailers at the movie studio. 🤷♂️
I totally agree on all counts. I haven't played many of the missions or anything from the Agency yet, but my friends on Discord say the locations are fairly equal for those. As for the staircase, I really thought the disappointing one at Hawick would bug me, but it really doesn't. The view from the front is what you see the most. Granted, there's no elevator option to arrive at the living quarters level so you do have to run up the steps to get there, but you can enter the elevator from the living quarters and go to the roof, ground, or garage, so you don't have to run back down the steps unless you want to go to the office level.

Thanks for your hard work, Champlette. I will go for the Hawick Agency because it takes the least time travelling to most of the mission location. The agency is also convenient to the my Eight Bit Arcade, Burton Auto Shop and Downtown NC.
