Thanks Rebecca! Always good to hear the details of a new product. I use TheraTears as my daily drops and like you I find the packaging maddeningly difficult to open. where do they find the people who design things like this? My solution is to just cut the pack open with scissors.

Can you explain "dissipating preservatives"? Are they really safe? I used Genteal for years, but now I'm leary of using any preservatives. I now have a PVD in one eye, and Glaucoma. Using Eyeganics now.
Hi, do you have to cut the tip or poke a hole in the tip to use? My dad Made too big of a hole so it would pour out so I don’t want to mess up the next bottle I just bought for him
Please do not alter the tip to use Ivizia! Doing so could damage the filter and could contaminate the tip. The warning on the label advises you not to touch the tip to any surface. If you have further questions, please call the manufacturer at 800-240-9780
