This language is known as the “Mother tongue”. This person is most likely Chinese in Ethnicity, making his Mother tongue Chinese. This bilingualism creates strange accents in both languages, so people might speak one language with the accent of another. It is also worth noting that some people from the older generation like this man may have even learnt their Mother tongue first before English.
