this actor and the way its played in the movie is a split image of my ex from her cheeks how her eyes are close together and pretty much all emotional expressions. she also talked about being killed alot. and was also a dreamer from living on a boat in the ocean to owning a campground constantly dreaming not huge things but still enough dreaming. she was a low time exotic dancer and a single mother who had a nicotine addiction and i think this movie adds in more on that and the whole sexuality to this movie. i feel like that mental illness which might be more common is also paired into some of the different situations people get into sexually not exactly a fetish or something they dream about but the illness and the effect of it causes. im not going to watch the whole maxxxine one either because i know its going to be another probably even more close replica being with the porn industry

They just gave that as an excuse when she started arguing bc it would be more polite to blame a trivial detail than to say she just wasn't a good enough dancer. They're the bad guys this way, not the sweet girl who tried her best. Her dancing is ok, and it's hard to know exactly how much skill they're looking for if the tour is limited to 1 state. But if you compare her to the dancers in Palace Follies, she's very amateur.
