To import the pack into Minecraft, 1) Extract the downloaded zip file 2)Copy It 3) Using Z archiver app, go to android - data - com.mojang.minecraftpe - files -games - com.mojang - resource_packs and paste the extracted folder there! Another alternative is to rename the downloaded file from 'jaisnobuttonv2_1_1mc1_21_30.mcpack (2).zip' to 'jaisnobuttonv2_1_1mc1_21_30.mcpack (2).zip.mcpack' and directly click opening it to Minecraft. [This won't work on all devices so perhaps rely on the first step I mentioned above ] If you have any more doubts or queries, pls feel free to ask us 🙂

I get it. This problem should have arisen since you may be using your device's default file browser. Install Z archiver from Google Play store and open data folder through it, I guarantee it will work if you have given the app [Z archiver] its permissions!
Alright then, let's go for the easiest way. [This Info should many times in the future, especially when it comes to importing resource packs into mc] Rename the downloaded file from jaisnobuttonv2_1_1mc1_21_31.mcpack.zip to jaisnobuttonv2_1_1mc1_21_30.mcpack.zip.mcpack by adding the .mcpack extension. This will convert the downloaded file from a zip to mcpack file, which can be directly opened from the file browser itself in some devices [Unlike in my case]. If you are unable to open mcpack files directly from your default browser, then head over to this website and download the es file explorer [ Official link ] - es-file-explorer.en.uptodown.com/android/download After installing it, navigate the download file and rename it, as I said before. After that, just click it, and a dialogue box with a list of apps will be shown to open the file into. Scroll down and select Minecraft and open it. Minecraft will automatically open and import the pack into your game. [If u find any yourself in any trouble or freaking bugs while doing this, open the file by having mc already opened in the background] You can also import mcworld and mcaddon files [Worlds and addons] using this method.🙂
This is what i need, appreciate it blud❤❤
