george of the wall is one of my favorite vendors, since he allowed me to keep high uptime when farming elemental fire in arathi highland, while also being able to vendor all the grays they drop. Nice little boost to one of my favorite 4am farms.
That's a very cool use of a vendor like George that I never thought of. Thanks for sharing :D
Don't forget that troll on the western coast of Silverpine Forest for the shaman water totem class quest. I don't remember his name but he is certainly one of the most remote NPCs in the game, so cool !
I think I remember him - that's definitely one of the most remote NPCs as well and one you will probably never encounter if you're not a shaman :D
Quality my man! love how you do the kind of videos most don’t, it’s so refreshing keep up the amazing work my man! 🧡
Thanks a lot mate and thanks for taking the time to write your nice comments - it is very supportive, and I hope to be able to continue making videos that you and other people enjoy.
Great video as always! I think this channel deserves alot more attention.
Thank you very much mate. Very glad you enjoyed the video and enjoy the channel :)
I get so excited every time you upload a new video and it never disappoints! Thank you
That's truly great to hear, man. I'm very happy the videos live up to your expectations. It's my pleasure!
Man, did I ever enjoy this! Gonna go watch it again...thanks, Mo.
Thank you very much mate. That's a great compliment - awesome you enjoyed the video so much you wanted to rewatch it :D I'm very happy to be able to provide some entertainment.
I love this kind of videos man!
There are some night elf ghosts, but i think they were added in a later expansion, not sure, in a hill to the west of Stonetalon Mountains, on some nelf ruins, that talk between them, and they mention Xavius and Azshara, and i think thats one of the first mentions of Xavius in game.
I spent a long time exploring the game back in 2005. Even tho i was only level 25, i had already found Karazhan and other places. I just went around, opening the map, getting fly paths, and finding cool places and hidden npcs. I guess i don't need to say i had a BLAST all my time during vanilla :)
That's interesting. Towards the end of the video I show some footage from Stonetalon (~12:15 minute mark) from an area that can be seen when you fly from Stonetalon Peak to Auberdine - do you know if it was there the night elves were added? That would be pretty cool, but they wouldn't be very easily accessible :D
Man, you must have had some great times exploring the game and seeing Karazhan at level 25 as a newbie I assume must have been an awesome experience. I think I remember running into the Burning Steppes as a lowbie and not doing too well.
@@moegdalswowvideos6800 I died a lot exploring the map, but didn't even care, because i was so excited about finding locations i knew from the RTS games, and place i just didn't know at all!
Exploration is still a big thing for me. When BFA came out, i went and using some tricks, i was able to reach the mountain peaks. I found some dragon bones and orc skeletons, remains from the 2nd war.
Ima go check stonetalons both in retail and classic just to make sure if it is the same place. It may be :)
@@josejuanandrade4439 That's great to hear mate. There are so many facets of WoW you can do so much in the game and play it in many different ways I feel like.
Another cool vid. Thanks as usual Moegdal.
Thank you mate. It's my pleasure - I'm very happy that you enjoy the videos and that I'm able to provide some entertainment with them.
Wow! Thanks for the shoutout and for sharing the story of this NPC, I had a blast exploring up there ;) Never would have guessed to find a trainer in such a remote location xD
My thanks mate :D I liked your story about exploring the cave and discovering Twizwick. It was awesome!
Love your niche videos! You rock.
Thank you very much mate! Great to hear that you enjoy the videos :)
you make pretty cool videos my dude!
Great video buddy , love your content
You deserve much more attention and viewers ^^
Thanks a lot man. I'm very happy you enjoy the videos and regard the content highly :)
I love videos like this! Me and a few people from my guild play hide and seek in discord. One person posts a screenshot then the first person to post a screenshot at the same location hides next.
I’ve bumped into a few of these mobs on my travels (god bless Druid aquatic form)
Man, that sounds like great fun actually - I would love to try that in-game myself. It also seems like a cool way to explore the game. Very glad you enjoyed the video :)
great episode as usual
Thanks a lot man - I'm very glad the videos keep being enjoyable to you.
Is it just me or does anyone else picture this man as an 80s Arnie? Waiting for you to mention a hidden predator stalking around 😉 😂 please keep up your good work dude!
Vildeste danglish ever 😂
The Arnold Swarzneggar of wow videos!
I like your videos. Hope you are well. o7
It would have been better if Blizz gave these outlier NPC's special recipes to train you in. It is sad the lost opportunity to have a hermit teach a very specific recipe or selling a unique item to reward the observant players. There are some exceptions, but for the most part these hidden vendors just sell the same stuff as every other vendor in any city.
I agree. As you say, it would reward observant players more. Admittedly, I chose some lesser known NPCs to showcase in the video, and there's a reason they're lesser known. There are a good number of remote NPCs that sell/train more valuable stuff - like a lot of other engineering vendors (the exceptions you probably talk about).
You sound like that Arnold guy
Talking about the Airfield there is a pet trainer up there, not a hunter so not sure if it can be used to train a pet.
I had no idea and don't know how I could have missed it. Do you remember the name?
Afraid I do not remember, and failed to get up there again, guild did a rp event up there earlier this week, some was jumping for 10-15 minutes on the first part.
@@madchessLeviathan No worries mate. I haven't been up there on Classic servers yet - it could be fun to try that, and the NPCs might be placed a bit differently than on the server I got the footage in the video from.
There's a remote naga that swims in the waters south of land's end beach, at the extreme southern point of the zone. Can't remember the name, but the naga is part of the quest chain to obtain the scepter of the shifting sands.
You're right. Her name is Meridith the Mermaiden and she is definitely very, very remotely located. I mention her shortly in my Mysterious NPCs video so I didn't want to include her here although she fits the criteria for the video. Very cool NPC by the way.
@@moegdalswowvideos6800 Yup. She gives you a special swim speed buff that allows players to swim to the otherwise inaccessible south sea islands which are not even visible on the map. The islands are inhabited by south sea pirates and require a visit for players trying to complete their scepters.
@@EskimoCanadian44 She is very cool! It's amazing the effort Blizzard put into the Scepter quest-line, and imagine back in the day if you had to figure it all out without any help or information from the outside.
@@moegdalswowvideos6800 Yeah, a cool thing about the swim speed buff is that it can stack with other swim speed effects, for example, swim speed potions. The result is ridiculously fast swimming speed, approximately 200-300% (maybe even higher) increased swim speed! And I agree, the scepter line is arguably the best quest chain ever devised. It would have been truly groundbreaking for the first players who cracked the code back in the day, so to speak. And I'm sure back then they were not so eager to share their findings with others.
@@EskimoCanadian44 I didn't know you could achieve such a high swim speed by combining buffs - that's pretty cool! Becoming a Scarab Lord back then must have been something else.
Hammer content. Bist deutschsprachig oder?
Vielen Dank! Ich komme aus Dänemark und habe Deutsch für viele Jahre in der Schule gelernt (It's been some time, however :D)
I really enjoyed this video and your I think your accent is cute
Arnold?
get to the choppa!
I didn't even know that
Arnold Schwarzenegger played WoW, Great job
Thanks! Hope you enjoyed the video :)
