This is so good for people who haven’t had any social interaction in a long time, Like from being in jail, A hospital, Or just living in rural areas for a long time. People get very unused to close human interaction.

Bicep is retracting the forearm while your shoulder stays in place, if it were to be a muscle for clicking like it would be your triceps as they extend your hand but by the looks of it you are pretty fat so I wouldn’t expect you to know that

Would it be possible for you to make a cleaning asmr video where you scrub the camera/the mic with cleaning rags, sponges, make up brushes?
What sort of lighting/ring light do you use? My lights are quite harsh and I'm looking for something softer. I'm not an ASMRtist but an actor who's adjusting to self taping at home and I'm envious of your perfect set up.
