While doing protection checks on down stream relay it's breaker is in already tripped condition any fault operated in the same relay in this scenario is LBB operation will occur in the up stream breaker

In your video with dual busbar single breaker scheme both of the bus sections are connected via bus coupler. Bus coupler is in ON state but you said breaker of the particular bus section will trip !! How ?
