Fishing a nice little spot on the Rum river in Princeton, MN. No huge fish but it is always fun exploring new spots and catching some fish.

Before the drout year 2023 when it was so low ... Caught nice 17" walleye down there on crawlers .... 1-3 every time out for a few weeks(2021) .... The drought did it bad as haven't heard about this year 2024

I fish between princeton and cambridge quite a bit. Always have good luck unless the water is high and falls quickly.

I can’t catch anything on this river coolest thing I saw was a pike or musky

I’ve never done super good on it. A few nice smallmouth and a 5-6 lb pike were my biggest.
