You should use dragon pulse because Draco meteor harshly decrease S.attack Draco meteor is strong move but still not good dragon pulse were better dragon pulse also good move with power 85
It's always difficult to decide between those two moves. Draco Meteor helps you to get tons of KOs that Dragon Pulse wouldn't. But the Sp. Att. drop can hurt a lot.

I like to give Ash a team with all Pokémon that he had at one point. That gives the battles a lot more variety!
Greninja is the GOAT and Goodra is One of the most Precious and Underrated Pokémon
