Today's menu is dongpayuk which is fried pork belly in soy sauce, japchae rice and fried eggplant!
The dongpayuk was really thick and chewy, and it melted as soon as I put it in my mouth🤭
It was so soft and delicious.
Japchae rice was a bit spicy, so I liked the combination of dongpayuk!
Fried eggplant is crispy on the outside and moist on the inside👍🏻
