Have you considered setting up a generic email for the house and link the accounts to it? The email could be given to the new owners preset and simplify the transition.
you are going to have to remove everything you installed!!!!!!!! nobody is going to pay extra for what you installed, ill go a step further they will make you remove all that stuff. unless you sell this house to a betta tester no one will appreciate what you are giving them. after you accept someone's bid when the inspection happens that is where you will be told to set the house back to default and that will cost you
