that thing about girls is true for a very small subset in india. most indian girls, like by a huge margin, dont casually date and maybe when we are in college guys give bike rides to girls etc, but after that they have to fend for themselves. south delhi, south bombay exp might be different... as an engg - mba- ites guy from north india, grew up in ccentral india-worked in mumbai and bangalore.. i think i have a grip on the proportion in which this happens.
