Had one last year. Dropped it onto rough asphalt and got a huge gouge in the side and back, almost cracked the side of the curved screen . It made me feel like a fool for having a case with no side protection
@@alb.4089 I don't know the quality, but they look exactly the same. I've seen one with blue, red, black and another with green red and black I think. They don't actually look as good as the sunset pattern they have on this. But the case and material looks identical. Also, this case provides VERY LITTLE protection for your phone. Zero protection for the screen. These things probably cost less than $10 to produce. But they are marketing this for people who would spend $1300 on a phone. So many companies do this now. The exact same case for a cheaper phone would be cheaper....even though they cost the same to produce.
I like that there is no lip on the home button which makes it easier and the titanium sides showing up. But I hate that they only have 3 designs to choose from for a $65 case.
This thing costs 70 bucks! Even if it would completely protect the phone from ANY damage (which I doubt it would) and make me a cup a coffee for a week, it isn't worth it.
Having used the S23 Ultra's equivalent of this case, I can say it actually protected it from a drop on an escalator, which also happened to be my only drop.
@@BigdoggAU Im done rocking my S23U with super rugged cases, I dont even drop my phone. So I'm definetly considering runningit with either a low profile carbon or even butt naked, no case on my s24U
Pretty cool case! I also got the Titanium Orange. I've never considered using magsafe with my Samsung stuff. Does that desk charger you have work on the Watch6? What brand is it?
@@TheAverageTechGuy I’m a bit concerned about the strength of the magnets in the case. Has your phone fallen off the magnetic car mount when driving over bumps? More specifically, normal bumps like seems in the concrete. I wouldn’t expect it to hold when hitting a pothole at 70mph. If it can handle potholes, especially at highway speeds, I’d be thoroughly impressed though. Thanks!
Got mine today in Sunset color. So far, I love it! I am using it with a Mageasy lanyard inside the case, so i don't drop the phone. The case itself is very snug fit. Of course, i am not afraid if in case i drop my s24 ultra cause i got a 2-year samsung care+ and i am using it without a screen protector.
Thanks for the review. One question. Does the phone lay down flat on its back, or does it rock? I'm trying to figure out if I can use the s pen and write without the phone rocking back and forth if it is on a table. Thanks.
get spigen armid enzo case works perfectly with lense protectors an any screen protector, it also doesnt have magsafe so it doesnt make deadzones like the pitaka does
A pity. I would have been more interested in what the back sounded like when I scratched my fingernail over it. Or whether the phone with the case still wobbles because of the cameras when it is lying on its back on the table. Or how it feels when you reach for it on the table when you pick it up. Is it grippy or slippery? Things like that would have had added value for me. It is probably clear to everyone that magnetic objects can be held on a magnetic back that is intended for this purpose...
This kind of cases are designed for people who prefer no case, but want some protection. If you do not like the design, you can check our aramid fiber case
@@thinborne I would have bought your case if you provided more color option and the thinborne logo were inside of the case and not on the case on the back that makes it ugly.
If a smartphone falls in this case on tiles or asphalt, it’s finished

Simple don't buy it if it's not for you
@@martinpratley4632 You are very smart and your advice is valuable 😊
I definitely will pass because protection is poor but beautiful
pitaka case is for people who don't drop their phone and want some scratches protection, which is perfect for me!😀
And is OK paying more for a case than a cheap smartphone lol
FYI - same type of case is like $25 on AliExpress
yeah! You can also try ours? We are from Texas!
@@DocRealTalk How is the quality? I've seen the yellow stripe one and the all black one

get the enzo case by spigen half the price but offers so much more protection
I have the same case for my s24 plus.
Love it!👍🏿👍🏿
That's an amazing case tho i am currently using the official samsung standing grip case and so far loving it
Looking fabulous great combo 👍😎
Did you try it with the pitaka grip? I think that does mess with the s-pen

Benks cost $39 and is better
@zhongxina2614 have u gotten the benks?
It's expensive, but until you've used one, you might not get it. It's as slick as they come.
Style points only... this is the anti-otterbox!

Are you the people from pitaka?
Got the blue one for my 24ultra.. got a feeling it won't help much in a drop, heh.
Can you test out the benks armor air aramid fiber case?
Ringke and spigen magsafe cases please
I just got the moonrise myself. I like it a lot. I prefer the lighter colors it just goes with any occasion and dresswear, in my opinion.
Will it work with car wireless charger?
Yep. I've been using it with this

Will this work with wireless car charger which comes with the car? I heard the magnet inside the case impact the normal wireless chargers.

I think the case costs less than £2 to manufacture and is a classic case of that amazing marketing and branding
all cases are a ripoff. spigen cases are made from plastic and whilst not as expensive as this you pay multiple times the real cost of the product.
Bro it is compatible with Lens Protector. ?
Ours do!

it. doesn't cover the sides fully and no raised lip.
3:57 Matrix glitch!
I love Aramid fiber cases, so yeah, I got one of these. Sadly... the magnets are virtually nonexistent. It will NOT work with a car mount!
I think they thought rhe screen would be curved and when it wasnt a redesign was too much for them to bother

Don't drop it on the side. You'll bust your phone all the hell no case on the sids.
that shit will break once it drops the wrong way.

You just have to learn how to not drop your phone. Been using the same case on my S21 ultra for 3 years no problem.
