It’s a trackside object. It’s called Sound Horn. It has a picture of two horns. I think it’s in the vanilla game. Don’t quote me on that.

1:24 is that an actual locomotive that just came with the map to be stationary or is it actually drivable if so where is it from

It doesn't come with the route. It is drivable. It is in the SW1500 "Mega" pack DLC.

It comes from the City and Country route. The session’s name is SW1500 Mega pack. Comes with the CNW, MLW, PRR, NH, DRGW and SP
