The little patio is the best part of the room. My sister was excited to hear about this hotel (Marvel fan, but not Disney follower)... But I showed her the reality and told her about the blah-ness. They really should have taken it up a notch for the price they charge.
Completely agree with the "bland and boring" assessment on these rooms compared to the other tours you showed in the same hotel. It's too bad because punching those room up wouldn't cost much -- some more art and a bed runner (even with the cheaper headboard) would go a long way to giving the standard rooms a little more character for the price you're paying. It's too bad really, missed opportunity.

The bathroom doors probably don't lock for safety reasons!
Not my thing even though I love Marvel! Would like to go to the bar or restaurant though.
You had too step off the patio too get around the chairs. Sad trombone sound.
