"Regarding calibration, we recommend calibrating the pH every 2-3 days if the product is used frequently " seriously ? that buffer solution is not free
Why the pH value is buffering and dont become stable after rinsing it with distilled water? It is not showing accurate value. How can i solve this?
How to adjust EC TDS and SALT please?
For tds/ec/salt do i have to calibrate it only with 1413 and 12.88 conductivity solution? Or do i have to calibrate seprately for ec, tds, salt respectively using other calibration solution ?
Hello! You'll be pleased to know that there's no need for separate tds/ec/salt calibrations. Just a single calibration solution will suffice to ensure your equipment is properly calibrated. Just calibrate the EC for a hassle-free calibration process.
do you need to calibrate this if you bought brand new or is it already calibrated at the factory
How long Last 1 Electrode Probe ? ❗
Hi, This is how to calibrate but how to test the pool water and what should each ideal reading level should be, Also if we have to calibrate after each use or even 5 uses then going back to liquid testing kit is the go. Thanks
Thank you for your interest in our product. You can take a sample of water from the pool to measure the PH/TDS/EC/Salinity/TEMP levels. However, it's important to note that each country has its own standard level of these parameters, so please check the standard in your country.
Regarding calibration, we recommend calibrating the pH every 2-3 days if the product is used frequently. Normally, there is no need to calibrate TDS/EC/Salinity. However, if you find that the readings are not accurate, then calibration may be necessary.
@GainExpress to calibrate EC, can I use aquadest or do I need some special solution and whaf is it?
Would you please tell me the reset procedure? It will be wonderful if you can provide a video on how to reset it.
Hello! Were you looking for information on how to calibrate it? If so, you can find the calibration procedure in the operation manual. Please follow this link: cd50.net/303/, and it will direct you to the operation manual where you can find detailed instructions on calibration.
If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to us at info@gainexpress.com. Thank you!
Kindly do this process after each use? Or just in the beginning and then I can use it several times
Is it okay to calibrate it with adwa ad70030 ec standar 12880 uS/cm solution to calibrate it? Or do i have to use any specific 12.88 solution?
Hello, you can calibrate it with any brand of standard solution. It's quite versatile in that regard, so feel free to use whichever brand you prefer for calibration.
bought one on ebay and I can't get a stable ph reading on it, is my electrode broken? where do I get replacement electrodes?
I think I got a dud. The temperature and PH results jump around and when I calibrated the 9.18 solution showed as 6.86
Hi Ben, can you email us at info@gainexpress.com together with your Order ID. Thanks
Good day! Do i need to calibrate all the parameters or only pH?
Hi Mopar, if the item is brand new no need to calibrate, it has been pre-calibrated at the factory.
for pH calibration, use the pH buffer solutions
for tds/ec/salt calibrations, Just a single calibration solution will suffice to ensure your equipment is properly calibrated. Just calibrate the EC for a hassle-free calibration process.
After the ph calibration is the tds is also calibrated or do i need another buffer powder to calibrate tds?
@@enzeypogi you can calibrate it with any brand of standard solution. Do I also need to calibrate the tds and EC?
to Calibrate the TDS, Instead of PH solution, use conductivity buffer solution ( 1413uS, 12.88ms, or 111.8ms) ex. you have 1413uS buffer solution.
1. Change the mode into EC
2. Immerse the meter into the 1413uS buffer solution.
3. Long press MODE/CAL to enter the calibration mode.
4. Wait until 1413 flashes 3x, and that's it. the calibration is done.
you may now clean the probe with distilled water and dry it.
@@GainExpress hello. I tried this. The meter shows about 1600 instead of 1413, so it is not correct calibrated. If I press cal, it blinks, but afterwards it's still in the same range. I had about 21°C. What's wrong?
@@auroraglacialis Hello! Please try immersing it in distilled water for 5 minutes, dry it with a paper towel, and recalibrate it with a brand new 1413µS/cm calibration solution. If the problem is still the same, please contact us at info@gainexpress.com and provide us with your order ID. Our technical support team will assist you in resolving the issue. Thank you.
Hi. Do we need to calibrate it again in further usage?
Hi Hasan, you may rinse it with distilled water before and after you use the meter. And if the meter has been idle for a long time, you need to calibrate it.
What if the reading didn't match the buffer solution in the calibration?
We kindly remind you to thoroughly clean the electrode before calibration. Additionally, it's essential to use fresh calibration solutions for accurate results. Should you require further information or assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at info@gainexpress.com with your order ID. Thank you!
The ph number keep jumping and not in 0 when I bought it. Is it normal?

Do i need to buy different solution to test salinity? They only provide ph solution
Yes, you need to buy a separate solution to test salinity. Only the pH solution is provided.
What for kind of solution for tds ?? To calibrate

How much water do I add to the packets
@@GainExpressr u sure its 250ml of water???in the video it doesnt look like 250ml
Wow to reset it?
the Item has been pre-calibrated at the factory. if the item has been idle for a long time, you need to calibrate it.
Please can you give me the battery number for replacement?
I went out looking for lr44 they said there is nothing like that in their various stores.
Do you have alternative?
Can CR2016 work?
I see that everywhere.
@@cyprianokpalaku8770 CR2016 is thinner compare to LR44, it might not fit in the battery compartment, I suggest to use LR44

when I calibrate with the 3 envelopes in all I get 6.86

Does the temperature make that much of a difference to where my water temp is at 75 and it won’t climb past 6.03ph using the 6.86 cal?
All 3 buffering solutions used but the meter shows lower numbers for each claiming accuracy +/-0.01
Uma merda ,não segura a calibração
Need operating instructions for a beginner, not calibration. First, HOW TO USE to conduct each test.
