I feel bad becoz so many people talk and yap over and over about Reinier, and he IS good but man Berial and even Dionel and Scarlita's designs are so nice, I personally prefer Berial's design among all of them and it sucks because I want to progress fast but I really want Berial at the same time, like why aren't all of them good? :
Scarlita is good for pvp and story clear and okay in bossing, bariel is pretty much only good in pvp and dionel is kinda eh. I understand the frustration though but at the same time I would always recommend priortising fun over meta, if you like one of the hypogeans or celestials run them none of them are bad its just riener is god tier.

Question. I get he’s good, but it would take months to make him actually good? You need what… 10 copies before he’s actually stapled in your team? And that’s not even mythic+? What exactly is the big deal?
These are units that you are meant to build slowly over time, When you get them to that point of mythic+ they will be extremely good for the content they perform best in.
In short its a long term goal, that you will want to start working towards now because it takes a really long time to do and if you don't you will biting yourself in the arse by not doing it. Also acquiring these units uses different currency to your normal gacha stuff anyways so you won't be losing out on your other units.
You can also choose to wait for future hypogean/celestial characters to come out as well if you don't want Reinier, it will still take the same amount of time though.

I'm just going to stack up my guild currency and summons for them. None of the four are going to be better at 1 copy than my current roster
