Garmin tactics Delta is the best military watch. How do you have Amazfit as number one with no offline maps or half of the other tactical features that Garmin Tactics offers.
Amazfit offline maps is a joke, no labels, no turn by turn direction, and you can only download the area you're going to be. I have all of north america, Africa and Europe. I have turn by turn direction, back track, detailed maps with labels, places of interest and so much more.
I've had to recharge mine a good bit using the USB - I think my battery must be wearing out - The sun takes all day to move the level even one bar. Still its the most rugged watch I've ever had!
During the video, the display showed Casino G Shock, but then switched to a narration of Garmin 7x, requiring editing. During the Casio G Shock video, the voice actors continued description withthe name Garmin. ( Of my statement matters to anyone... Lol)
Former Amazfit T-Rex 2 user, the battery life is amazing i got a record of longest no charge in 1 month (Note : use only as a watch). The sensors are good, its quite hard to scratch the screen or body, and i had the longest GPS use of almost 1 day. But it has a minus, GPS is phone assisted meaning if it didnt connect to your phone for a few days it needs AGPS update, if you insisted not connecting the watch to your phone the GPS search will be slow, i mean very slow. And the AGPS update problem started to become a hassle since it become faster to get expired, first it was around 2-3 weeks and then last time was 5 days. i dont know if it was the a bug or what and its quite frustrating when i wanted to use the GPS but it needs an update first. So the point is, this watch battery life was amazing. I already sold the Amazfit T-Rex 2 and change it with Xiaomi watch 2 Pro, a bit of a regret. And now i want to change to Fenix 7X
You want to go hunting or camping, hiking, sports adventures, great check these out. Soldiers can't wear watches like these. They can be tracked on satellite and GPS. They would give away positions on the battlefield. Even fitbits can be tracked.
I love it! I haven't taken to hiking or walking to check the GPS, but I used it in the gym and the heart rate agrees with what I see on the equipment. In fact, I also tested it against my wrist HB tester and they read identical value 2x times I tested it. The sleep time was also on the spot. The only negative is that I had to charge it after 5 days of light use.
Personally i think the T-rex 2 fail "Tactical grade" or even "Survival grade", not only does it not have Solar charging but it also will fail as a basic time keeping watch if it's not connected to a Bluetooth mobile phone for more than 3 days. At least the Suunto Traverse Alpha can sync to GPS to maintain time zone accuracy, only it's a shame that it has no solar charging.
Well, depend on the price of the watch. With solar charging, it's price will go up a lot. T-Rex 2 price means to be affordable for low budget consumers. I think has to compare watches in same range of price. Quality is proportional to price. 😅
@@moviesterchannel8357 try wearing it with connecting to your phone for the days or more. It becomes a useless junk that can't even give you the right time, day or date.
No one who's serious about survival goes on a real trek with a smart watch ....why? you may ask?....simple because in a situation when you are in the middle of nowhere with no power means and it runs out of battery it becomes totally useless.
Using primitive technology and knowledge about your surroundings to help you with food, water, misc. supplies, and shelter is all you need to survive. All modern items you have will only last a while.
You know, I just need the best watch out of these choices that can locate and pin 📌 point to find my body hopefully even if buried when I'm out doing my business or used as seen on this videos.
Terrible comparison video. Every watch was compared differently. Talked about almost zero features of the Garmin's, but went into way more detail on the other watches. The Fenix 7x solar you showed has the features of all those watches, plus it's not made of plastic like your number one choice, it's titanium. Then you talk about how rugged the plastic and composite cases are. These are not equal comparisons.
Good video. I'm looking for new watch. I had Amazfit trex, great watch, nice battery, unfortunately few weeks after guarantee was gone watch just die. When you plugged in to charge will show you 100% battery, when unplugged not working at all. Nobody will fix it. So no more Amazfit.
Bullshit...I had both Amazfit and Garmin Fenix series watches...Amazfit has a goog price/performance ratio but as a smart watch nothing, but NOTHING compares to Garmin and especially Fenix series
@@chrismad1344have you seen the price of the Casio GPR-B1000-1JR? And that thing is no longer in production, for at least a year... same goes to the Suunto Traverse.
The most hardcore in this list should be the G-Shock, but pricewise, it is expensive.. but worth it.. If I'm hiking solo, got lost in the wood or anywhere even in the artic.. G-Shock would be the most helpfull
None of them win because a professional wears a watch which cannot be tracked that is the whole point ...to fly under the radar especially thesedays with the tracking capabilities available.

Amazfit is hot garbage. All of their watches are cheap junk with almost little functionality, and they charge you for most watch faces which also suck.
Because ot protects like no other watch. It's in their DNA, they develop machines to stress test the watches, if the watch gets undestructible, they develope a tougher machine that simulates even harsher conditions. Gotta love japan engineers

my thoughts exactly. This list is bogus.
😂 yeah. At least compare with Amazfit cheetah pro. It has offline map but not rugged😢
Exactly, I did a better overview of the GARMIN, this channel is a shill
Yes it does have offline maps

The Suunto Traverse and the Casio GPR-B1000 are no longer in production so how can they be 2023 watches?
Newer version casio rangeman h1000 2024
Casio GPR B1000 is immortal ive been using this for 5 years now never ever have to charge just use and use because of its solar power.
Same here. It's a mistake for Casio to not continue with it. I think a lot of folks misunderstood its value.

Garmin Instinct 2X Solar Tactical gets my vote. Love mine
Same, finding new tools daily. Cant even record fast enough to keep up
I almost regret getting the Fenix 7X Pro Sapphire Solar over the instinct 2x solar tactical
@@leonpatrick5606why is that? Don't you get better more feature packed watch?

Garmin Instinct Solar crossover tactical has the kill switch for that purpose
GPS on a watch cannot be tracked it only receives information. It is not using A-GPS like smartphones do.
Wonder why Amazfit is at #1, unless someone has paid for it to be there. Garmin should be #1
The thumbnail is showing Suunto, but its Garmin Instinct. Then the video showing the Rangeman while describing Fenix. WHO MADE THIS VIDEO???!!!
It was generated by a bot for clicks. All misinformation

Son has the trex 2 and i bought the ultra. Brilliant watches.
Amazfit Trex 2 : 28 days with its first charge, really good
Cute and gimmicky, but what happens when batteries and/or charging abilities are gone? Use them for a sinker on your fishing string?
Instinct solar has solar charging. Enough for emergency use probably.
Exactly they don't last long enough between battery charges to be effective instruments of any serious service.
34 days without a charge on my trex2.
@@carnagejlu10 years casio without a charge.
What about the Delta Are the Delta was a good watch
In my opinion Garmin should be the number one and the amazfit in the last position
Do you think the raptor is a good choice?
I used Garmin 935 not really good, now i use Amazfit T Rex 2, my best choice
I had an instinct 2 and it was unreliable inaccurate. Loved its weight but it just would always be off on measurements
Based on what, price.?
Why?
Why is a red backlight good for night vision googles?
Interesting while describing the Garmin your showing the G Shock
He was describing the G-Shock and accidentally said Garmin
Yeah man. He’s tripping. Or he just made a mistake.
Although I have a trex 2 and he is right! Very good watch!

My t-rex was taken away by 2meters wave barrel. I survived, but not thanks to the watch.
