I think its both wonderful and familiar that a fair amount of the meals you cook outdoors is quite similar to the outdoor Tex-Mex recipes and grilling style of cooking here in my home state of Texas, and the states of New Mexico, Arizona, and California. And, of course, Mexico. However, here in the states, the choice of beverages can be a bit more diverse. In fact, today, I will be outdoor grilling seasoned beef fajita (skirt steak), warming flour tortillas, and have already made "Pico De Gallo" (diced tomato, diced onion, diced cilantro, and diced green Serrano pepper), and sliced avocado. These are the basic items to make beef fajita tacos. And, yes, I will enjoy a cold Mexican brand beer to accompany the meal. I thank you and your family very much for continuing to share very well produced videos of your cooking. I wish you all much success.
