Thanks for the update,👍 hope you get things worked out. I use a friction drive bicycle to do instacart ,a very simple build . I post on it regularly. My build is designed for the heavier rider and hop on it dependability.
What you need is to keep your bike and read some of the comments, don't be afraid to go to an independent motorcycle shop and ask for help and advice. Don't bother with a swing arm, you should look at old motor cycles. What you have is called a ridgid frame. They worked fine for more than fofty years. Don't give up, just talk to folks . something will come up.be patient.
Storm will be over soon, I am going through similar trials... Im no expert Im new at this but Maybe a Dirt Bike wheel with street tire, I seen a lot of em on amazon with rims and sprockets with brakes for around $60. If you do a Scooter go with Ice Bear Maddog 50CC or 150CC. If I had the bread i would get that cuz they look cool and low rider. They are already stretched. They have Gen 1 through Gen 5.. The older models have double shocks and the newer models have single shocks...

You could trade the motorized bike for the mini bike and trade it up for a used motorcycle
Or a moped, then trade that for a used motorcycle
