  • We sell beginner to advanced Bjj courses that take “Hard Luck” grapplers and get them kicking ass and taking names within weeks of learning from our celebrity coaching team.
    --- jiujitsux.app/home --
Follow this Link! So it has been said, so it must be done! The Jiujitsu Gods Command It!
But seriously, over 25,000 white to purple belts have Belted-Up using techniques they have learned from jiujitsux.app/home
Im not saying this to impress you, but to impress UPON you the importance of the one plain-as-day open secret in the BJJ community…
    “KNOWLEDGE!”
Jiu-jitsu is a language, and like any language the best way to learn is immersion in its culture. You must listen to its fluent speakers.
And so it goes with the BJJ arts. However the fluent speakers are those who have spent thousands and thousands of hours honing their craft while deliberately documenting and systematizing their unique discoveries of the ever valuable jiujitsu currency. Technique.
Its true what they say, that technique conquers all. A single technique can create a bloom of success in its wake. It’s literally unlocking new potentials of yourself to play the game and WIN.
The jiu-jitsu-x platform aggregates this sacred knowledge. These missing puzzle pieces that begin to reveal the final picture.
It rank orders them in importance to guarantee you upgrade your grappling weapons as fast as, well, I guess it just depends how much you want to study.
There’s simply no limit to knowing more and being better at the game. The ones who like to learn jiu-jitsu get good… the ones who watch Netflix don’t… And would you really want to have more holes in your gameplan than a chunk of Swiss? This is the sad reality of those only learn technique a few nights a week or less.
You simply are made to absorb more info. It doesn’t matter if you can’t “hit” the move the next day. You have just cleared some fog of war my friend!
The board is now clearer. You know more of what you will encounter in the wilds of Leg Lock Land and Berimbolo Planet… and to the infinity of other positions found in the 4D Chess board that is Jiu-jitsu.
Let me explain how easy it is to get better at grappling with JiujitsuX.app.
You guys bathe right? Good. The instructions are as simple as that.
    Lather, Rinse, Repeat.
The lathering is picking a course on a position you are interested in. A bit of self analysis is required. Might go something like this
    “Do I like half guard?”
    “No not really”
“Is that because my half guard sucks?”
    “Yes”
“I’ll buy Jake Mackenzies half guard course”
It’s almost too logical. Kinda hurts to look at.
    Rinse:
Literally bathe your eyeballs in put Bjj technique from our pro instructors.
Let its warmth wash you of your grappling sins. That’s right, I know you walked off the mat with no shoes last week.
Absorb The techniques in the course. Watch a couple lessons in a row and stop. Only once you have had your fill. When your brain is to the brim and ready to spill over.
    Now we repeat.
We repeatedly go to class armed with violence we just downloaded off the internet (Great deal right now btw 50% off)
What a time to be alive.
TRY TO GET TO THE POSITION IN SPARRING
    Try again.
    Try again
    Go back to step one

Notes. Link between knee cut and smash
0:31 first motion when cut/smash not feasible- hands to mat, outside leg cuts under opponent calf
    1:41 arms locked
1:56 chest heavy and tuck that knee
    2:04 elevated heels
2:12 option one: your inside leg hooks behind their top leg- make sure you plant foot behind their hamstring
2:28 option two: tuck away completely

It's a shame a lot of thr women's instructional videos get less viewership because they have some of the best stuff.

There’s simply at lot more men in the classes than women, women need the purest technique same with little guys.

Tbh as you have occupied their legs and arms are straight there isnt much threat of anything, could they sweep you if they are bigger?
Just playing devils advocate I use this a fair bit but missed the detail of tucking my feet up will definitely play with this more often now :D

You can easily counter this by simply framing the hips and reguarding. The guard player is not doing anything with her hands, so if she placed them on the passer's hips, it would simply not work anymore.

When the heels are elevated with the hands on the ground, it seems like there's a large window to be swept if the guard player traps the arm. Furthermore, I see the opportunity for honey hole. I'll have to test this out tomorrow.
