I'd imagine that Eureka would if any as they have been releasing many early Golden Harvest and Angela Mao classics :)

Way much better than the so called Hollywood action imitation and terrible American knockoffs courtesy of Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jean claude van damme, Chuck Norris, Mel Gibson and Bruce Willis who rely on autoaim when they fire a weapon that cannot hit a target practice and deliver ridiculous punch lines, stoner is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME and STUNNINGLY AMAZING

Not restored no, but new subtitles. Decent print, but definitely needs a Blu release :)
