Faulty EV300D FPV Goggles

I just received my EV300D FPV goggles and I was BADLY surprised that they are FAULTY. in fact, after starting them, they remain ON for one to two minutes and then they shut down by themselves and cannot be restarted; I have to wait 5 to10 minutes before being able to restart them. The batteries used are brand new and fully charged :
First test : 2 * Sony VTC6
Second test : 1 Lipo 3s
I also noticed that the SD card indicator is not present in the OSD :
with card he must display the sign in green
without a card must display the sign with a red cross on it.
I tested both : with and without SD Card but the main problem is that the goggles are not operational and defective !!
I am really really disappointed with this purchase which cost me more than $ 300 without counting $ 150 of accessories bought for these goggles
