8:17 my mom has similar slates and she loves to use chalk and write on them! For example, she would write "Merry Christmas" if we were hosting the family christmas party. So i would suggest that for you as well when you have guests over :)
Or maybe she'll use it all. She's given uses for all of them, and she has visitors a lot. Besides, it's her money and she can spend it how she wants. Also, with mugs, we have over 100 an between us we can use them all in a week, and still end up with none left at the end of the week.
What makes me happy is that I'm pretty sure I can get very similar, possibly even the same things here in NZ. So many youtubers buy all these things we don't have here and it makes me sad haha. We have a chain of stores called Steven's and they're just huge shops filled with pretty kitchenware and bakeware and honestly, it's actually the coolest thing ever :) Loved the vid
