I made this recipe. It was really scrumptious. My house was filled with the delicious smell of baking chicken and Parmesan cheese. Thank you for this recipe.
I hope you enjoyed the chicken thighs. I have another version of this that I personally like a little better. In fact I just made it the other night. Here is a link to it: ua-cam.com/video/7-WEdqJBXoQ/v-deo.html
@@RockinRobinCooks I did enjoy these chicken thighs! I followed your recipe, except I placed the chicken pieces on a rack over the oven tray. They still turned out a little soggy on the bottom, but very delicious! Thanks for the think to the new recipe -- I'll be sure and try it out!
Absolutely delicious! Wow! I made the chicken with Penne Pasta and my homemade tomato sauce. Thank you so much for this recipe! One of our favorites now! ❤️
Thanks so much, the recipe is so easy to make and so yummy. I have made this a few times already and my kids love it. It's so much less messy than the other recipe that requires frying.
Thank you Carolyn for the feedback! Glad your family loved it! Hope you try more of my recipes and please share if you are so inclined! Have a great day!
This recipe just saved me from having to go buy fast food for dinner for my family! Thank you :) I work full-time and this recipe was fast and easy and my husband and son loved it! I'll definitely be making this again.
+Sandra Lopez Glad you and your family liked the parmesan crusted chicken. I have another chicken recipe that is just as simple that you may want to try. It's a basic oven fried chicken recipe with Italian seasoning: ua-cam.com/video/7-WEdqJBXoQ/v-deo.html Hope you try this one too!
Robin, thank you so much for this Chicken recipe, it turn out so very good and my husband really enjoyed it and so did I! You are so right, about using chicken thighs instead of chicken breast. My chicken came out so tender! :) I will make it again for sure. I may make it for our Church's Forth of July lunch. Thank you again so much! P.S. My husband really likes your cooking show! :) Sincerely, Talitha and David Arrand
I stopped using olive oil long time ago. Being sometimes it burns the bread crust. I switched to coconut oil and omg. The end results is so much better. The bread crust is much more golden; while it brings out the flavor of the other ingredients a lot more.
I love it! I just posted a similar video using fish, breadcrumbs and parmesan. The biggest difference is that you really know what you're doing! Excellent recipe and very well videoed! Thank you for showing us!
Rockin' Robin: Another great recipe that we plan to try and use for our family. We were wondering how to get crusty patties like for salads or chicken wraps. Our family (I think) will really love these. Again, thank you. We have not worked out a recipe for fried cheesecake, but I will let you know if we get lucky. Sincerely, Poe
This is the BOMB! I just made it and my boyfriend and I really love it. So easy and so tasty. Recommended. And it gives the apartment the most satisfying smell :)
+DJ Chelan Heidi Neal Should have made a few more pieces! It turned out perfectly moist and yummy and the aroma filled the house with goodness. Very easy to prep and was great to have the fried chicken texture with out frying! :) I know this will now be our favorite!
I made these tonight and they turned out fantastic! I've been sick of chicken because I always bought breasts and the thighs really are a lot more flavorful and juicy. Thanks!!
Glad you and your family enjoyed the chicken recipe. I have another one very similar to this one that you may want to try as well. Here is the link: ua-cam.com/video/7-WEdqJBXoQ/v-deo.html Thanks for stopping by Courtney!
Another great way to do it is to use Dijon mustard instead of egg. It works great to add a little more spiciness to the Italian flavor. Either way this recipe is great every time.
Hi Rockin Robin! I breaded the chicken thighs and put them in the refrigerator on a baking tray with parchment paper. Should I left them sit on the counter for awhile before I bake them later or should I just bake them maybe longer? They look delicious and thank you for all your videos!
Hi Gwen, you could take them out of the fridge say 1/2 before putting them in the oven. Just make sure the juices run clear when you think it is done. Or use a thermometer and look for 165 degrees F. or higher. Thanks for visiting!
That's what I did and I only had to cook them about 5 minutes longer. Thank you! They were delicious and the house did smell good while they were baking too!
peco017 Nice to see you are cooking at college! Keep it up and you will have lot's of friends wondering what you're cooking next! Thanks for stopping by!
Yummy! I have to try this. Pitty there are no boneless or skinless chicken legs around here, so I will have to get out my scalpel and operate myself. ;) The advantage on the other hand, I have some nice bones to store for chicken fond in the proccess. Now I need an idea for the skins and nothing is wasted. :)
Rockin Robin's Cooking Mexican Recipes A happy new year to you too and keep up the good mouth watering work. :) If I don't find another use I'm going to throw the skins in with the bones for some nice chicken fond. Roasted skins must have some flavor to add to the taste of roasted bones and the rest that's going into the pot.
Oh, forgot to ask...I've made similar recipes like this and they usually turn the chicken over half-way through. Is that not necessary with this recipe? I'll be using a standard baking sheet (probably lined with foil).
Alright, a real cook. Not that a person who is all made up and looks like they are auditioning for the part of a super model acting like a cook on a you tube channel. Great recipe. Could I use regular bread crumbs instead of the Italian bread crumbs?
making this tonight. but the chicken I have has bone in. Can't wait.

It did. But it was a big hit. Everyone loved it. Thank you for the great recipe.
+Angelica Sanchez That's great Angelica! Glad your family loved it! I love hearing that! Please share if you can.
You dont add salt n pepper before breading? Or add salt n pepper to the bread crumbs/parmesan?
I didn’t but you can. The Parmesan cheese is salty enough for me.
Making it now
I hope you enjoyed this recipe! Let me know.
I made it 2 day in a row
Ive been baking chicken more recently. Its less messy and easier than frying. Plus it seems that the price of Corn Oil has been going up.
Mmmmmgood again!!!
Thanks for stopping in Ron! Enjoy!
Does it have to cook that long if u have a gas stove? Thanks:)
Lyd G Yes. When you cook at a certain temperature say 375 degrees F. as in this recipe, it doesn't matter whether your oven is electric or gas.
gonna make this tonight do you have any king of jerk chicken recipe as well?
I don't at this time. Thanks for the suggestion!
Can i make this exact recipe using bone-in chicken thighs? Would the baking time vary? i've never cooked thighs before, only breasts.
Yes you can use bone in chicken thighs. It may take a few minutes longer. Just cut into the chicken when you think it's done to check for red juices.
Can u use flower instead of bread crumbs
You can use flour but the texture will be different.
my dad says that he lovessss your chanel so does my mom.(:
I love the sound of that! Thanks for letting me know! By the way, what do you think of my channel? Do you have a favorite recipe of mine?
so far we've had the chicken with Parmesan and its great! Dad used too much butter haha
this was so good, my fiancé is having me to make it again.. Thanks

If I use bone in chicken thighs will it change the cook time?
Yes
Junior Rozay best to just remove them
Can you leave the skin on? Will it still turn out OK?
+BrainPolice5 Yes you can. I'm sure it would be good!
Im making this as I tipe hehehe dont know with what to plate it?
Josian Martinez You can serve it with any side dish from a salad to vegetables, to potatoes or rice! Enjoy!
